Grounds were well maintained, the hotel was spotless and the food was excellent and the staff was phenomenal! Would highly recommend it! But nothing is perfect...As a senior who is tech challenged, I found it frustrating to have to look up the menus at the ala carte restaurants using my phone and QR code. It is a beautiful lobby with 2 ponds/pools without grade separation or railings. Yep - I was looking ahead to where I was going, and fell into the pool, injuring my knee (and my ego!) If you're travelling with children, be aware of this. We also (and other guests did as well) had trouble with the AC. At night we would set it on 23, but in the morning, our clothes and papers were damp. My negative comments are fairly insignificant. I would definitely stay here again.

“Beautiful resort with hard working staff”

We had a great time at this resort. The place is beautiful and the whole family had lots of fun. The staff work very hard. Thank you to Ana Patricia and Cristian at the main buffet who always had big smiles for us and took care of us with such kindness. We found the food was great, the decor was gorgeous. Overall, it is a very nice resort. The tennis courts were great and the staff are very attentive and hardworking. A couple things we noted: - the pools are a little cold and the hot tubs are not hot (around the same temp as the pools) so getting in the water is a little uncomfortable -the public bathrooms are very clean, but the lights are on timers and they go off after a few seconds so you're often left in the dark and a lot of the stalls don't have locks - it was hard to get towels (hand towels, towels for showering in the room)

“Christmas 2024”

Overall a great experience. This was our 10th trip to Punta Cana. Beach is large and well maintained. Staff is helpful. There could be more animations during the day and related to Christmas. Special kudos to Yoeli and Frank, lovely waiters at the buffet

Just returned from a wonderful vacation. Grounds are gorgeous. Beach was a 10/10. Crystal water and the waves were so much fun. Our kids spent hours playing in the waves. Three pools to choose from. (One day was windy and overcast and we wished there was a hot tub but that’s probably a rare occurrence) it was always fairly easy to get chairs. Drinks were amazing and my kids loved all the mocktails.Contrary to other reviews we found the staff helpful and kind. We needed extra pillows, blankets, and towels during our stay and they were delivered to the room instantly. The daily cleaning staff did an amazing job! We were so impressed. (We were room 3225) Visited the spa and it was lovely. Golf cart will take you to the lobby area although you could walk it. We visited the ice cream and coffee shop daily. Be sure to check the app bc there were super fun events like the pool foam party and a beach party one night. Our one complaint was the food. Dinners were amazing. (If you couldn’t get a reservation on your phone, the concierge always helped us) the buffets weren’t great for us. My kids struggled at times finding food but it’s vacation and I didn’t really care if they survived on ice cream and muffins and bread. I always knew dinner would be a hit. Tip: book airport transfers with nexus. They were awesome, affordable and easy to deal with Tip: bring fun floats and a ball for the pool if you have kids. We didn’t do kids club and my kids were never bored. (Ages 6,10,12) Also we booked parasailing with seapro. They will offer this on the beach and at the pool of the resort. The parasailing itself was awesome but I would not recommend. They were very harsh and there was a boat transfer that felt extremely unsafe. My kids were terrified of that and not the actual adventure part. Then some of us got seasick after our turn when others are going.
