“Amazing resort and people.”
We had a lovely time! The staff is so nice; especially Morales in the buffet; such a kind person. We really appreciated the housekeeping staff, the coffee shop people, the front desk people and the ice cream girl. I wish I could remember all of their names. We had a lovely time! The staff is so nice; especially Morales in the buffet; such a kind person. We really appreciated the housekeeping staff, the coffee shop people, the front desk people and the ice cream girl. I wish I could remember all of their names. The food was amazing, and the beach and grounds are well maintained. The only downfall has nothing to do with the resort itself. It’s the other guests… I can’t believe how many rude guests we encountered. Rude and indecent. And discretion with bathing suits is apparently not a thing anyone cares about anymore. Disappointed in general society, but so pleased with the resort and its staff.

“Vacaciones”
Very good service across the whole experience. Lobby bar was great, ask for Digital, Noelia, Zujeidy. Fogo restaurant was delicious, ask for Fran. Room cleanness was on point thanks to Susana. Tao Restaurant food was good ask for Alberto.

I would recommend this resort to family and friends. The amenities were great, friendly service. Animation team was fun and interactive. I would recommend this resort to family and friends. The amenities were great, friendly service. Animation team was fun and interactive. Beach was great even when other resorts were complaining about seaweed, there was almost none there. We would like to commend the great staff at the different restaurants and bars especially our amigos Jose De la Paz, Francisca De los Santos, Audelina Roa at the beach snack bar and Brailin at the Food market buffet. Hope to be back again soon.

I spent a (good) week at the hotel but i left my phone there. It's been found and I'm trying to arrange a courier to send it back to me. But the hotel doesn't reply to any emails and is been a week now! All i need is a bit of assistance to package the parcel and to let me know how much it weighs (then print a label when i manage to get a quote). So I'm trying to see if i get a response on this platform to help me out. I suspect the is part of a broader issue whereby direct written communication with the hotel is extremely difficult.
