“Family trip”
Great food, service and entertainment!!! The people working at the resort were absolutely amazing, they were always smiling and willing to stop and check in. We were a group of 14 and we were accommodated for in every way. We truly loved every minute of this vacation!

“Stunning Resort, however......”
My wife and I were at Secrets Royal Beach week starting December 7. The resort is well maintained. The vegetation on the resort is stunning. Beach is good. “Nice place to visit”
Beautiful hotel, very big staff doesn't pay attention to customers entrainment is not good, food was good,room was nice house keeping can do better with cleaning Hotel entainmentent staff is not there so sitting at pool all.day can be boring

“Once in a lifetime experience”
The beach was nice but not what I expected; the hotel was nice but not worth what we paid; the people were friendly but didn't look happy there; the place was secure but traffic was a nightmare even though I wasn't driving. Transportation choices are very limited and costly.
