Loved the resort everybody on the staff treated me and my wife excellent. Special shout out to Emilio (server) Mayelin our (Concierge) Jose Miguel(Room Staff) Yopng (make best drinks) loved the trip plan on going back.

Experience here was great, first time to an all-inclusive since COVID started so we were very excited to return to Punta Cana. I'll just list a few positives and negatives about my experience: positives: entertainment team was incredible, special thanks to "Little Big" and "Triplex" for making my stay much more enjoyable! they were super funny and incredibly kind. the team as a whole did a great job of hyping everyone up and encouraging people to join the daily activities. nightly shows were a bit unorganized (never knew if it was in the theatre or being held outdoors), but my family and I attended the shows every night and enjoyed them all, especially the outdoor party and the magic show. staff was great, housekeeping lady (I wish I remembered her name) was lovely, as were the bartenders and the people working at Coco Cafe. variety of restaurants (french, hibachi, italian, seafood) + the main buffet, there were lots of dinner options, however for breakfast and lunch the buffet was the only option (also the seaside grill for lunch). negatives: rooms definitely need renovating, I have been to many other resorts in Punta Cana and the rooms in those resorts were much nicer and cleaner. the mirror was dirty, ceiling had a leak, sink had mold (which is very toxic to be breathing!!) and I thought the housekeepers would clean the floors every day, but we would find little ant-like insects under the rug. shower also looked very old, toilet wouldn't flush sometimes. just letting everyone know that the beach and ocean does not look the way it does in pictures -- as I mentioned, I've been to Punta Cana multiple times before and the ocean looked breathtaking every time - clear, turquoise, so we were really disappointed this time. I asked a worker and they said it was due to the season, I guess in the summer there is a lot more seaweed in the water. The staff was working hard to remove as much seaweed as possible. lots of pool chairs, however very few umbrellas to protect you from the sun. we had to wake up very early in the morning to reserve the few chairs that were under the umbrellas. overall, I had a fantastic trip. The entertainment team really makes a difference, they definitely improved my experience by a ton. i would probably return here in the future.
