“Don’t go to the American themed restaurant unless you only want drink.”
Rooms were clean. Property was beautiful. Staff was nice. The only thing I hated was walking up all of those stairs everytime we left the room, lol! The service in the American Country restaurant was awful! The male server sat us down and didn’t come back to take our orders for like 20mins to tak… more
Rooms were clean. Property was beautiful. Staff was nice. The only thing I hated was walking up all of those stairs everytime we left the room, lol! The service in the American Country restaurant was awful! The male server sat us down and didn’t come back to take our orders for like 20mins to take our order. Took another 30mins to get our food, which was wild because you can only order one entree per person. It was only three of us. Once we got the food, we were further disappointed by the watery Mac and cheese, the overly dried out ribs, and the burnt chicken wings. The bartender was nice though, lol! With the exception of the above experience I would still give this resort a 10 out of 10.

“Create your life memories in a great environment”
Excellent experience as family vacation, very clean, people working non stop to maintain the resort clean and even tidying the rooms twice a day. Plenty of quality food with available choices for everyone's taste. Staff very organized, friendly, willing to help. Highly recommend

I love the amenities the service from the servers and pool boys wished they had service at the beach since it’s very inconvenient to be moving around to get your drinks n chairs also wished they had the option of bali beds by the beach for the perfect relaxation time. I love the amenities the service from the servers and pool boys wished they had service at the beach since it’s very inconvenient to be moving around to get your drinks n chairs also wished they had the option of bali beds by the beach for the perfect relaxation time. Must say that my welcome wasn’t the greatest experience but everything else made me revalue my opinion since I requested and paid for 3 beds and only got 2 and was treated extremely rudely by the reception staff when asked about the misleading information.

“One and done”
The room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable Staff was not overly friendly by any means, decent tips seem to mean very little to most of pool staff, it was eaiser to just get own drinks.
