A perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. You will want for nothing. Staff is amazing regardless of where they work on the resort. From the maids, concierge to restaurant staff to gardeners. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. My favorite place to stay.

We had the most amazing time at Bahia Principe Ambar because of the wonderful people who work there. Cannot say enough about Emmanuel and Kedwin at the LImbo bar who go above and beyond to make cocktails an experience. Bianca at the pool is another special person to get to know. Thoroughly enjoyed the water aerobics and pool cycling with Michael . Most of the resort restaurants were very good but we were disappointed with our meal at "Meat". A note: all the restaurants will encourage ordering a steak at an additional cost, but it truly isn't worth it. The entertainment was adequate but we found there was more offered at the other nearby resorts. There is a "train" available to go from resort to resort.

Stayed for 2 weeks this hotel is beautiful immaculately clean we had a corner deluxe room facing the pool which was amazing we had emailed hotel before and we got exactly we room we requested .Yes you have to be up Early for a sunbed I don't like reserving a bed but you had no choice if you didn't by 8am they were all gone . We were in block 67 concierge was a man and a lady which were both amazing we had a complaint about barstaff and she brought us a bottle of baileys to our room .The food in the buffet was amazing loads of choice and always hot , staff were so friendly and helpful and it was also very quiet which we loved .We only did m e.at restaurant and sorry it was a awful experience ,we were rushed to order staff watching us all the time and the steak was not very good we walked out halfway through and went to the buffet restaurant .Cleaners were amazing everything immaculately clean .Room service was amazing staff always so happy when bringing our food .Loved the coffee shop staff always friendly and welcoming always filled my bottle with milk so we could make a cup of tea in our room.Our worst experience was with the barstaff I always tipped staff but the bar staff are greedy for money , I watched over people tipping loads and I always had to wait they always served the ones throwing money at them first and when talking alot of other people had this experience. Foam party was fun , night entertainment on a night was very disappointing , had 2 amazing shows around the pool , the hotel needs to use the pool area on a night and have a show every night there was loads of people , the shows near the lobby were awful we did go to another hotel which wasn't good , i dont want to be hoing to other hotels i want to stay in the hotel im staying at , alot of people were complaining about the entertainment on a night seems as if they focus more throughout the day than on a night , hotel is still an amazing experience and I definitely picked the right hotel would definitely come back it's just the barstaff needs to understand we all pay alot of our money for a holiday and we all deserve to be treated the same and entertainment needs looking at
