“A relaxing birthday celebration”

We came for my wife’s 50th BD to relax and unwind in the sun. This being our 3rd time here we knew what to expect! Well let me tell you our butler Yoel Almonte surprised us beyond belief. He brought us fresh fruit plates and piña coladas served in pineapple shells every day. If you come here please ask for Yoel Almonte as your butler because he is so nice and takes care of everything! He also made our dinner reservations every nite for us to ensure we had our restaurant of choice and time slot. Yoel also made sure our dress clothes for dinner were steamed and pressed every day! The real kicker was the way he had our room decorated for my wife’s BD surprise, he is so thoughtful and thought of everything. He had a bottle of champagne in our room and a gift bag as well! I truly love this property and staff as they keep the grounds impeccably clean and tidy, the staff is always cheerful and friendly right from the check in staff to the coffee bar staff to the housekeeping staff to the waitstaff. the bar staff at all bars were friendly and eager to make wonderful tasty adult libations! my wife had a chocolate martini that was a thing of beauty! the food in the restaurants was very very good! i had a fresh tuna steak one night, fresh mahi the next night, a beautiful filet mignon another night. Sakura restaurant has fresh sushi as well as the hibachi grill which we love, our chef and hosts were very entertaining and the food was delicious. the breakfast buffet restaurant is amazing serving any breakfast food you could imagine including crepes, pancakes, french toast, eggs any style including benedict, juices, fruit, a carving station with ham, turkey, breads, rolls muffins, donuts, croissants, jams, jellys, fresh comb honey etc.

“Great experience!”

Great experience. Top shelf service all the way around! From Priol the bell boy to Sandra the waitress, all were super friendly. Food was delicious and amenities /activities were thrilling! Fitness center was clean with a variety of equipment. Beach is stunning!

Amazing place, very gorgeous... Every single person treats you like a VIP. Excellent service staff is very attentive. Food and drinks were amazing. The Peruvian and Mediterranean were our favorites. The Japanese dinner show was excellent and the Chinola restaurant was really good as well. Beautiful and very clean room. I can't remember all the names but I would like to recognize great service from Jazmin Perez, Bramma Ciprian, Patricia Hernandez, Julia Richards, Weston, Gabriel, Carlos, Jennifer, Emmanuel, Marbellis. Truly, everyone was amazing including front desk, bellhop, security, pool attendants, restaurants mangers. I was amazed with the service. I have worked all my life in Food and Beverage Department and I can tell you they are a 10 in customer service. You need to bring your family here, you won't regret it. Highly recommend. I will definitely be going back in the near future.
