This is a fabulous hotel, the food quality in the Al a Carte restaurants is the best we’ve ever had and we have visited many all inclusive hotel restaurants all over the world. The hotel is dated but they were refurbishing rooms while we were there. We stayed in an ocean view room (2018) and had a great view. The staff are very friendly and helpful and work very hard. Special thanks to Lumi who is the hairdresser in the spa. She put my hair up for a wedding and it looked beautiful and lasted all day (50 euros). The rooftop bar is very nice also with great service if you’re an Elite guest. I would definitely recommend this hotel we were a party of 20 and we all said we would go back again.

A great hotel right on the beach with good facilities. The hotel has many rooms. Ours came with a mini fridge, stocked with soft drinks beers and water. There was a complimentary bottle of red wine in the room, which was actually very nice. There was also a safe as well as a coffee machine with coffee pods supplied. The beds were genuinely the most comfortable ones we have stayed in overseas. The room was cleaned frequently but we had to ask reception to send someone up to vacuum and mop on the first day as it was a little bit dirty on the floor. But a cleaner arrived very quickly and sorted it out. The restaurants are spacious and the food is simply outstanding. Loads of choice and really well cooked. The waiting staff were very attentive and cleared dirty plates away really quickly - they did not have to be asked. There are a few bars in the hotel and the service is really good and the drinks good. The reception staff were very helpful. You could book tours in the hotel and the person who helped us was not pushy (not on commission) and we booked two trips which were very good. There is an indoor pool which was opened up to the outside and it really helped to cool off as the temperature for the week we were there was 32 degrees C so the outside pool while very clean (as they all were) was warm. The hotel backs on to the sea and it is literally 60 yards from the pool to the beach. The water was cool and not choppy when we were there (August). In all, as a family of five with teenagers, we had a great time and would go back again. There is hotel entertainment each night. Many of the acts are duets (singer and keyboard player) and while they were good we thought on there could have been a bit more variety. There was an extremely good Elvis impersonator who was excellent and I don’t like Elvis….. There were some Greek musicians and dancers who were very good too. We were really pleased with the hotel and staff and would definitely come back again. Whoever trains the staff has got it absolutely spot on; they were attentive, quick, great with kids, happy to chat and really professional.

I'll keep this short and sweet. Beach hotel situated a bus ride from the marina but also in walking distance. Classic rooms slightly outdated but cleaned everyday if you like so we werent bothered about that, food mostly caters for our needs in the UK and you won't go hungry, I wasn't fussed on the two local beers but they do carlsberg on tap and all the premium spirits. Special mention to all the staff here they are all fantastic from reception right over to all the bars and buffets. Special mention to Ramona from the adults only pool bar her mojitos are the best 😃

“A little dated but great staff”

We checked in very late around 10.30pm but the welcome we received by Satwir was first class. He is a true credit to the hotel and immediately our family party of 10 felt at ease whilst he explained all about the hotel. We checked in very late around 10.30pm but the welcome we received by Satwir was first class. He is a true credit to the hotel and immediately our family party of 10 felt at ease whilst he explained all about the hotel. During our stay, we had regular chats and always was a pleasure to be around. Rooms were quite dated with a small balcony. If you have 3 in a room, the quality of the makeshift bed was not the best. To our surprise, on arrival dinner was still available which was great after a long journey. We found throughout our stay that the staff in the restaurant were efficient. I must also mention though the quality in Customer care from Ioannis and Bimal. I had a number of issues with my room key during my stay (not a keycard but room locks are opened by old style keys which you don’t see a lot of nowadays) the lock didn’t seem to open with spare keys or even master keys at one stage and the lock needed to be changed. I was helped to my room and both of them couldn’t do more to help and felt very apologetic that I was experiencing such a problem. These things happen but what I remember most is the excellent service provided which made all the difference. Loved chatting with Bimal and sitting down with Ioannis in the rooftop bar, a special touch from him. Food was ok but rather repetitive and we found that we had to go out to eat although we were all inclusive. The standard wine provided was undrinkable for us and we had to pay extra for reasonable quality. The night time entertainment varied in different parts of the hotel but if you are staying for over a week, it repeats again and can become tedious. I feel sorry for the staff who have to do this same cycle week after week. Nastia and Sasha from Ukraine were exceptional and always wanted to get people involved in activities no matter what it was. Could see them throughout the day and were very hardworking. There are a couple of small slides for the children with pools that became expectedly quite warm during the day. Luckily though there was an indoor pool which was cold so kids enjoyed cooling off in there regularly. Hotel is also on the beach front and you can go for nice walks along the beach to enjoy nearby water sports or a walk to the castle and port where there are a number of restaurants and bars. We rented mobility type scooters a couple of times to travel around which the kids loved. There is a good place to rent these across from the hotel. A small gym in the hotel and another area in the spa for aerobic exercise. We didn’t experience the massages so can’t comment but when going to the gym, the staff seemed very pleasant there. We tended to be in the hotel lobby in the evenings where people tended to congregate to have drinks and play cards. The music though seems to be only one cd and plays over and over again during the stay. Would benefit changing so there is variety, we knew the whole playlist and order of songs by the time we left the hotel!
