Had a great holiday, pool great, no rush for sunbeds. Apartments dated but very clean and double bed very comfortable.cleaners in every day to empty bins, every third day towels and bedding.food basic but same everywhere ,plenty of choice, criticisms food sometimes cold,most of staff work tireless to attend to your every need especially the catering and bar staff.howver only one female who was very miserable but the rest were great especially arris or Harris the pool bar man who was great and made the best Pina coladas. Entertainment was awful first week but improved when two English girls took over on second week. We had a ground floor one bed apartment close to the food area. For what we paid was very good value and we booked up to go same time next year.would have likes to keep room on last day but they were too full and downstairs bathroom. And shower was ok an we managed although we had a family member in a wheelchair so was a little awkward for her but over all a great holiday and on the plus side one of the best beaches just over the road perfect location

We stayed at Tsokkos Paradise Village at the beginning of October. We had amazing weather and a good chilled week. LOCATION: Great location. Opposite Landa Beach (approx 5 mins walk). Sandy and gently shelving into crystal clear water. Sunbeds cost 7.50 euros for 2 beds and a parasol. Good places to eat. Did get very crowded though. There are supermarkets & restaurants along the main road with bus stops outside the hotel. HOTEL: RECEPTION AREA: Spacious & spotlessly clean. Toilets & luggage storage area available. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful at all times. ROOM: We had a 1 bed room with a pool view on the higher floor (room 105). Basic & very dated but was sufficient. Cleaners came daily and kept it spotless. Kitchen area had minimal self catering utilities (we were AI so not a problem). Fridge & kettle provided. Sitting area had table & chairs, sofa, armchair & coffee table with TV on the wall. Bedroom had plenty of wardrobe, drawer & cupboard space. Bed was very comfortable with extra covers & pillows in the wardrobe if needed. Safe provided. Bathroom was spacious with bath & shower head. Plenty of complimentary bath gel provided. Clean towels as and when required. Balcony was good size with table & chairs and an ashtray provided. SERVICE: Could not be faulted. From reception staff, bar staff, waiters & cleaners we had second to non service. Everyone friendly and always happy to help. POOL: Pool is amazing with separate children's pool. Everywhere kept very clean. Plenty of sunbeds. Great service at the pool bar at all times. DINING AREA/BAR: Dining area got very crowded at certain times but waiters worked tirelessly to keep tables emptied & cleaned. Unfortunately, the food let the hotel down massively. There's a fair choice of food (not loads but sufficient). Cooked food not always to our taste but there was soup, bread & salad choices. Also freshly cooked/carved meat each night. However, the cooked food was more often than not bordering cold even at the start of service. Big let down!!! ENTERTAINMENT: Virtually non existent. Do not take any notice of the board advising what is on. There was Aqua Aerobics ONE afternoon. Children's disco every night (except Sundays when it's the teams day off). Live music act on ONE night. Bingo ONE night. Most nights there was just background music playing. Don't advertise entertainment available if it is not being provided. We were looking forward to the Bob Marley act to be told at 8:55pm that he had't turned up!!! IN SUMMARY: This could be a much better hotel with a bit of TLC throughout, attention to the food & better organised entertainment. If you are not bothered about entertainment and are OK with cold food it's a half decent place to stay. The exceptional staff and the amazing pool are what made our week so good.

“Holiday”

We stayed here got to say very basic rooms that could do with a update beds very uncomfortable .The bar staff round pool very friendly. Food very basic but the restaurant staff was very rude. No manners at all but the waiters cleaning the tables very helpful. I definitely wouldn't rate it 4 star … more

We stayed here got to say very basic rooms that could do with a update beds very uncomfortable .The bar staff round pool very friendly. Food very basic but the restaurant staff was very rude. No manners at all but the waiters cleaning the tables very helpful. I definitely wouldn't rate it 4 star definitely not. On day we left had room till 12 went to get bags they had all ready cleaned room but we hadn't ever left the room we went back for bags etc.what if we had used some facilities in the room it wouldn't be clean for next guests. Got to say the pool and the grounds are beautiful and not a long walk to some shops. No shows or anything on a evening so if you wonted a night in you had to sort something yourself. To be honest wouldn't stay here again I'd stay closer into nisa Park that's only 10 min walk away. Jet 2 you need to visit these hotels to see what's going on .

The complex is a decent size, the poolside are is really well appointed, plenty of sunbeds, and decent sized pools. The apartments are a let down, badly outdated and looking tired. The complex is a decent size, the poolside are is really well appointed, plenty of sunbeds, and decent sized pools. The apartments are a let down, badly outdated and looking tired. We went half board for 10 days but ate out in the evenings as the food was poor (buffet style). The complex is on a good bus route to the town of Aiya Napa. ( 1 Euro 50 each) Landa beach is literally across the road, nice beach but get busy.
