Booked this hotel without reading the reviews. Read the hotel description during the stay and have to say that it didn't give it justice. The hotel was amazing and can not be faulted. Food - excellent, huge variety. Cleanliness - excellent, constantly being cleaned throughout the day. Staff - all staff were genuinely friendly and polite. Had an intimate family feel and it felt personal. Animation - stretch instructor in particular was amazing. Catered for all abilities, was supportive and encouraging. His knowledge excellent and he was motivating. Would recommend going to his classes everyday @10am, not only for the stretch sessions but to meet other guests and have some giggles while having some stretching. Entertainment - didn't go out every evening, only because wasn't really our thing, but was good quality. Only observation, not a criticism was that there wasn't a quiet bar to sit and chat with friends. Room - spotlessly clean and provided 2 pillows each, with an extra pillow available if needed. Facilities - WiFi excellent and available throughout the hotel. Luggage storage available on departure day and shower rooms easy to book so no need to pay additional charge to extended room before departure. Free safe. Sunbeds - never struggled to find a lounger, would recommend if adults only to sit by the adult pool. Spa was lovely, although massages could be had within a reasonable close walk cheaper. Weddings are everyday @3.30pm and lovely to see, can see guests, bride and groom from the adults pool 😊 Observation - water available by the main pool wasn't very cold and there was only one more water dispenser available that was low on pressure and during busy periods was time consuming. Would have benefitted from another couple around the hotel. Excellent holiday and have never wanted to return to a holiday destination for a second time. But will defiantly be returning here. This was the most amazing holiday! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Maria in the restaurant. She made me feel at ease with my dietary requirements as I have coeliac disease, and the chef was equally accommodating and helpful. Andrei, the head of entertainment, was fantastic. I did karaoke on my first night, and from then on, he always greeted me by name, making me feel like a part of the community. I was also there for a wedding, which was so beautiful and intimate. The personal attention and genuine care from everyone made this holiday truly unforgettable.

“yes I would return”

Arrived late at night was given a free drink and a toastie which was lovely after a long day travelling. Room - 602 stunning fruit and wine left in the fridge for us. Arrived late at night was given a free drink and a toastie which was lovely after a long day travelling. Room - 602 stunning fruit and wine left in the fridge for us. Cleaned spotless every day and regular towel change. Drinks can be ordered to your sun bed via an app which I thought was a lovely touch. Disappointedly despite these rooms being adult only there were children using the rooms and private pools, Also they have lots of weddings all of which are held in this area we had a drone flying over one day which was intrusive when your trying to relax. Pools - lovely and clean and adult only pool was really nice. Always sun beds available. Spa - very reasonable and I had an amazing massage Food - A la carte 2 restaurants food was beautiful but can only visit once per week. Snack bar by the pool food was always fresh and warm lovely lady serving very helpful and always smiling. Buffet - food was always cold but a good variety Breakfast was always fresh plenty of choice and always hot Entertainment was poor - Guests singing Karaoke were far better than the artists. Day entertainment was poor and we were not once asked to join in, it appeared the 2 young boys had their favourite guests to ask and family but not interested in having new guests join in. Tui Rep - awful at best....had very little knowledge about the hotel. Sold a trip very misleading information.

All inclusive- Food nice but need hot plates as cools quickly. Alcohol very poor quality including wine and beer, watered down. Music too loud at night, poor quality, karaoke a lot ! All inclusive- Food nice but need hot plates as cools quickly. Alcohol very poor quality including wine and beer, watered down. Music too loud at night, poor quality, karaoke a lot ! Could not even sit out on the balcony in the evening due to the noise. Could not use the jacuzzi in the spa even though it was free to hotel guests due to its location- behind some treatment rooms. Poor excuse. Said we could only use it if we paid for a spa treatment. Shame as all these issues would stop me returning as the food was very good quality.
