Really enjoyed our stay here. The important things for us are a very nice room, which it was, nice balcony with sea view (room 419) which it was, our bed was extremely comfortable, we slept amazingly well every night, the shower was excellent and the air-conditioning was very effective and super quiet. The standard of food is very high and exceeded our expectations, all our meals on the all inclusive breakfast lunch and dinner were exceptional, so high praise to all the kitchen staff. This hotel concentrates on quality over quantity but still a wide choice for everyone. The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient, everywhere was spotlessly clean. WiFi was pretty good throughout the hotel, the lobby and rooms were always lovely and cool, it was 40 degrees plus outside some days, as is normal for Cyprus! The pool, entertainment team were amazing Mariana was excellent at her job with so much energy (does she ever sleep!). The lovely cove beach was great during the day. The hotel gym was excellent, we are regular gym users and the range of equipment is vast to train every body part. The drinks at the all inclusive bars were fine with Keo and Leon beer and an extensive list of cocktails and shorts etc. Gin and tonics were nice. Great quiet location about a 20 minute stroll to Ayia Napa centre but plenty of bars and restaurants around hotel too. On the whole we had a brilliant holiday here and would definitely return. The only 2 things that would have made our stay better would have been to cook the scrambled egg properly at breakfast, it was really sloppy and gooey, which made it inedible for us and most other guests, as it wasn't very popular at all. When we have stayed at hotels serving much longer cooked firm scrambled egg it seems to be a favourite at breakfast, the second thing would be the need for a water dispenser at the gym, it's important to hydrate while training but we couldn't find a dispenser nearby to use. Apart from those 2 minor gripes our stay was wonderful, well done and thank you to all the hardworking staff including the maintenance team. We reported our free room safe not working properly and someone was there within a couple of minutes to fix it for us.

We stayed here for quite a few years before covid, our last stay May 2019. When travelling opened again after covid, we read the reviews and we were very wary. However we returned in May and cannot recommend enough. We had a great week, our room, the food and drinks absolutely first class. Our room was cleaned every day, all the staff polite and friendly. Pool area great. My only negatives are the sunbeds, always available however very low and I didn't think comfortable. A personal thing maybe I preferred the old sunbeds. The entertainment wasn't great but we just did our own thing, plenty of bars and choices just outside of hotel. We have just booked for next May, so will be definitely returning. Thank you pavlo for a great experience and glad we returned.

This hotel looks lovely from the outside. The room was decent, clean and enough hanging space for 2 of us. The bathroom was ok although the shower constantly overflowed and we had to use rolled up towels to keep the water contained. The all inclusive drinks were not up to standard and we definitely noticed a difference in service and standard of drink when we opted to pay. The food at the buffet was ok but repetitive. It was about a 30 minute walk to Ayia Napa and 10 minute walk to Nissi Beach. We had cocktails at the Jokers bar a few times which were amazing, as were the bar staff and the owner.
