this is the best hotel i’ve ever been to , it is so nice and the food is beautiful . The staff are so so so lovely and go above and beyond, they’re so caring and make you feel so safe and secure, they all work so so hard and are always so polite and happy which makes the guests happy . all of the staff are amazing especially mirela , naz, gorge , mehmet, eleni , andre and the management angelos and mr tasas , they are all so kind and make your stay so special and memorable. i would recommend this hotel to everyone, they deserve more than 4 stars the hotel is beautiful and always spotless thanks to the amazing cleaners and staff , the room are beautiful and make you feel at home . i will never go to any other hotel in Aiya Napa , this hotel is definitely the best , this is my second time coming and i will be coming again next year with my best friend which i cannot wait for :) . This is the perfect hotel for everyone , everyone who works here have the kindest hearts and deserve so much credit for all their hard work and positivity which makes the hotel so special. The staff here are so much more than just staff , they become your friends which makes it even harder to leave , the hotel is faultless and impeccable every where is beautiful and so surreal . The standers are so so high and the quality of the food , cleanliness, facilities and staff is unmatched , i was heartbroken to leave and go home because this hotel makes you feel at home , im my happiest when im there which is due to the beautiful people who work there and make your experience so meaningful and magical,you feel so content and loved whilst you are here which is something i’ve never experienced!i cannot wait to be back here next year !!!!!🩷🩷🩷🩷

This is now our second visit to the Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel and once again these guys have delivered well above and beyond,it’s actually impossible to express how AMAZING they really are ! 4 stars isn’t enough to rate this hotel and ALL their staff , they totally deserve 10 stars !!110% ! You can guarantee that it’s the staff and management (Angelos and Mr Tasas) will make your stay here like a dream! We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by all the staff from last year with hugs,smiles and such welcoming energy! Nazan,Eleni,Andre,Mehmet,Gorge, Merella,Stefania are absolute diamonds ,their service and contribution to making your stay here is beyond impeccable! All of them are superstars and so lovely , not a bad word can be said !you can see that they all take pride and are happy to be here apart of a beautiful team! Always full of smiles and laughter ! They’re all a credit to the hotel ! We have built amazing friendships with them all and that’s what you want when you go on holiday ! When we arrived at our room they had done a complimentary fruit platter, there was also a bottle of wine and a with compliments card because we were returning customers ! Again above and beyond service ! This isn’t just a hotel , you can see how well delivered everything is. Every single person that holds this hotel together goes above and beyond , the service they deliver is the highest of highest Standards and we’ve never ever experienced such an all round perfect hotel ! The cleanliness of the hotel is also impeccable! It’s that clean you could literally eat your dinner off the floor , it’s constantly being cleaned and maintained not just through the day but also through the night too! Again I will state the “waiting staff” , I hate calling them that , because they don’t just wait on you , nothing is a problem and they fall head over heels for any of your needs and always make you feel completely welcome and they all are always happy and polite ! These guys work so hard ! I’ve never ever known any “waiters ” to work as hard and dedicated as they do ! The chef and cooks are absolutely amazing and the food is beyond fabulous ! Cooked to perfection and the presentation is well above any hotel I have visited , and I didn’t think it was possible but everything has improved even more, especially presentation and taste since last year ! The food is always hot and plenty of it , as it’s always topped up as soon as they see it’s running low . This hotel screams out that it’s run by amazing managers , who are always around and onboard to help with anything you need ! You can tell that everyone that works at this hotel is part of a massive work family and this is shown as they all make a big deal of celebrating each and everyones birthday with a group picture and special cake ! We think it’s such a beautiful thing to do and shows that management respects each and everyone of them . The cleaners who clean the rooms and provide fresh towels are lovely and nothing is too big or small. Like I say everywhere is spotless ! When you come to this hotel you arrive as guests and leave as part of their family ! Honestly I will say it time and time again ! Do not walk to book this hotel … RUN! Once you experience this dream , you will return over and over again! Okeanos you hold a very special place in All our hearts forever ! We love you all ,and we will always return back to you, we are so sad our time is up again , however we WILL see you next year guys ! xxxx

The manager, Mr Tasos, was so familiar and every day he was greeting and talking with the clients. The personal _ men and women_ is very kind, quickly, smile and merry. In addition to them, the tasteful meals ,fruits, homemade sweets make or do Ocean Hotel an attractive destination. “Perfect for our honeymoon...”

What a great little hotel ! We've just literally arrived home and after a few hours sleep I decided to write this review so I could get all my thoughts together. My wife and I arrived, late at night and found reception expecting us, a bottle of wine in the room and a sandwich awaiting. Thank you ! The bar staff, waiting on staff and reception were all first class - always smiling, happy to help and thier English is a lot better than my Greek - Thank you all for being so friendly ! The pool area was clean, the pool lovely and the sunbeds plentiful. Towels are provided via a card system and can be replenished every day if so required. The rooms come with complimentary tea/coffee making kit and body washing products as well. Large TV (never used to be honest !) and a nice balcony with a sea view completed the room. The bed was comfy. The only slight niggle was lack of storage space for a mid-large suitcase and a travel duffle but thats negligible. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Hot and fresh every meal with a varied menu. Brilliant ! The only down side, if you can call it that, was the beach. Unfortunately, the beach to the rear of the hotel looks man made (I cant be sure and hopefully the hotels reply will tell us) and quite rocky/pebbly. If you don't mind wearing sea shoes/sandals or your feet are as tough as a Hobbit then you'll be laughing. Sadly, mine arent however a nice 10 min amble down to the far end of the beach leads to pristine sand and gently sloping shores into the warm water. Other than that the hotel is closely situated next to the Marina where there are plenty of restaurants and shops if you want a night out. Book here.. you won't go wrong.
