I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the food – every meal was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those who appreciate great cuisine.

“Great support re dietary issues”

Nice, friendly hotel. I would like to particularly thank David and Mihalis, the two restaurant managers and chef, Andreas, who looked after me and my various dietary needs so well and always with a smile. The animation team were enthusiastic and I enjoyed the yoga and aqua aerobics.

Just returned from a stay at the Odessa Beach Hotel in Protaras, Cyprus. In general we had an ok stay however felt the hotel was lacking in a number of key areas which resulted in regular frustrations during our holiday experience. Decor is dated, carpets tired and stained, food is ok but 'samey', rooms are quite small, bathrooms dated etc. It advertises a spa which I guess technically it does have... however the facility looks very 80's and again, tired. Should note here we didn't actually use it however were directed here for showers prior to our departure as late checkout from our room was not an option. Jet2 holidays have the hotel listed as a 4 star accomodation however in our opinion it sits firmly within the mid range 3 star bracket. Hotel Rooms Generally 1. Air Con - Good and very necessary (it was 38 degrees during our stay) 2. Beds - Very Comfortable 3. Showers/Baths - Powerful shower head was great however would've much preferred a walk in shower to a shower over bath arrangement. Generally tired bathroom suites, yellowing grout and sealant throughout. 4. Wardrobe - Huge with plenty of hangers 5. Balcony - Decent size with two chairs on In Room Facilities. 1. Soaps, shower gels shampoo etc 2. Hair dryer 3. Free Safe 4. Fridge 5. Television (channel selection poor) 6. Sockets- one side of bed only - would suggest long charging cables if coming. 7. Wifi  (intermittent) Pool Bar. 1. Decent service 2. Decent drinks 3. Free ice creams Main Bar 1. Ok for a drink before or after an evening out but lacks any atmosphere/music/activity. Has waiting room / airport departures vibes Pool On the small side and would definitely benefit from additional sun loungers given the number of guests. A number of days we had to venture elsewhere as there was no availability. This felt odd having booked an all inclusive package yet unable to make use of facilities. Beware, the sunbed snapping seems to start around 6am so get up bright and early to ensure you don't miss out. Location Excellent, 2 minute walk to the nearest beach and a minute or so to the main Protaras strip Wifi Frustrating, Not great. Very inconsistent with lots of dropping out. Food Breakfast Lots of variety, Decent ingredients and plentiful. Freshly made omelettes, eggs etc. Lunch/Dinner Great salad Bar, lots of meat options however felt most of these were overcooked and dry. Hot vegetarian options are very limited Staff Very helpful and accommodating when they can be. Summary Personally I wouldn't return to this hotel. The star rating and subsequent price point is misleading and result in expectations not being met whatsoever. Whilst the staff try to be helpful you get the feeling they are attempting to paper the cracks of what is a very tired hotel in need of renovation and upgrade works. If on a budget and this appears to be a bargain I would perhaps recommend this to you but book only on the basis that you are getting at best a bang average 3 star hotel

Nine times over 20 years each year has got worse rated at 4 🌟 I would not give above 3 star max was fighting in room next to me kept awake untill police arrived when ask hotel for room extension from 12 until 4 as lost sleep they did not want to know food is good but nothing special room cleane... more

Nine times over 20 years each year has got worse rated at 4 🌟 I would not give above 3 star max was fighting in room next to me kept awake untill police arrived when ask hotel for room extension from 12 until 4 as lost sleep they did not want to know food is good but nothing special room cleaned daily on the plus cleaners are 100%. As far as pool is concerned you need to get up at 4.30 if you wat a pool side deckchair
