Visited the hotel 8-15th May as a family of five ( four adults and one child). This was our second visit in six months. There are better hotels in the area equally there are worse, I fell that the Nissiana represents value for money which is all you ask for. The food was good and plentiful. On the all inclusive package, the bar and snacks were always available with no great queues. Special mention to the restaurant staff who were very friendly and helpful and efficient. I liked the fact that you paid a deposit for a room safe that is returned at the end of the stay in full. Please do not under estimate the location of this hotel, it is about a five minute walk to Nissi beach, a beautiful beach. A taxi into Aiya Napa is 10 euros and 50 euros to Larnaca Airport. There was entertainment on for five of our seven nights from a children’s magician, a parrot show to adult singers. The hotel has a large pool with depths ranging from .85m - 1.45m the second children’s pool was .45m. …finally, there was no towels on sunbeds at 6.00am! There were plenty of sun beds to accommodate.

I stayed at this hotel with my 2 adult sons. I purposely booked a bungalow as I thought it was single storey but when we arrived we found it was on 3 levels. I have arthritis so don't like a lot of stairs. One bed was in the living room and the main bedroom up 2 flights of stairs. The first set of stairs (6 stairs) led to the bathroom then the next flight (15 steps) to the bedroom where the balcony, wardrobes and safe were. I slept upstairs as my son had a knee injury so needed to sleep downstairs. The bed he slept on was a sofa bed and extremely thin and uncomfortable. There were only 3 coat hangers in the wardrobe and no storage in the lounge for my son. The bungalows are separate to the main hotel and across a very busy main road. Not ideal for eating at the hotel or using the pool as we had to keep going to and from the bungalow if we needed something. It felt like we were nothing to do with the hotel. Isolated. We only had breakfast at the hotel. It was very busy and lots of people who don't know how to queue! The pool bar was good. Drinks were very reasonable and well made. The beach is quite close to the hotel but gets very crowded. If you want to get a sunbed you have to get there early. There are lots of good restaurants within easy walk of the hotel. And plenty of supermarkets and tourist shops. One of the problems with the bungalow was ants! Lots and lots of them. They were in cupboards and all over the beds. Disgusting. I sprayed the ones in the bathroom when we first arrived and because our bungalow wasn't cleaned for the whole time we were there the dead ants stayed on the bath and sink. Our bed sheets were only changed because I told reception that we'd had ants all over them. Very uncomfortable for us. I would never stay at this hotel again but I would go to the area. There are much better hotels nearby. I saw them! The bungalows need to be described better. I know some are single storey but I now know that others are not. So if you choose to stay here take lots of ant repellent with you.

“Don’t recommend this hotel”

I will definately not return to this hotel again. Food is not tasty, WiFi is awful, it is disconnecting every 10 second. They don’t put water in rooms (only first day), there is no napkins in rooms. They give water, juice, coffee only in breakfasts, and if you want to drink a water at dinner or ... more

I will definately not return to this hotel again. Food is not tasty, WiFi is awful, it is disconnecting every 10 second. They don’t put water in rooms (only first day), there is no napkins in rooms. They give water, juice, coffee only in breakfasts, and if you want to drink a water at dinner or supper you have to buy it. And also they don’t put coffee in rooms every day until you inform about that at reception. And when the guests are noisy after midnight, no one warns them to be quiet. Only advantage of this hotel is the location, about 100meter from the sea. Also the stuff is nice and helpfull. That’s it. And while I was writing this review the WiFi was disconnected 7times.
