We had a nice holiday! Me and my mother came here to enjoy our little vacation together. I already knew this place from afar since I worked in Ayia Napa before, so actually there was a lots of reason why I chose this hotel for us. Location: The best. The Nisso beach is 5 minutes by walking, the Waterpark is also 5 minutes by bus and the city center is also close with by bus or taxi with lots of restaurants and shops. The bus stops are close and its easy to understand which bus you should take. Of course, we had some problems with it because sometimes we forgot which side we should go to take the bus, because in our Country (Hungary) we drive on the other side. But we got use to it after all. Hotel: The best beds that we ever slept on. I am not even kidding. Me and my mom slept so well in those beds that we hardly wanted to leave the room. The room was no nice and clean, it always had this nice smell when we entered in or out to the hall. They would clean the room daily, but we didn't ask for it since we spent there only 4 nights. The staff at the reception was very helpful when we had questions and the restaurant staff was also nice and hardworking. We chose half board and we were very happy with it. They told us that if we would like we can change our meals, so if we don't want to have breakfast we could have lunch instead, but we didn't use this since we were out of the hotel at lunch time, so breakfast and dinner was a good option for us. On our last day we asked for an early breakfast since our flight left in the morning and they kindly prepared sandwich and coffe for us at the lobby the next day when we wanted. We also arranged a taxi the previous day so everything went how we planned. They were so nice to us and so helpful. Restaurant: It was everything you could have asked for a 3* hotel. The indide area was so elegant and the outside area was nice as well. Every night it had a different theme about foods, but unfortunately the only problem that I had personally is the missing name cards next to the food. Sometimes I didn't know what I ate and I would loved to know the name of it but they didn't have them. Some food had these cards but some doesn't, so I didn't really understand what was the difference. But everything tasted nice there was a good amount of options of food that you could choose from. We were always full at breakfast and dinner as well. Bar: The coctails always tasted good, the guys knew what they had to do. Entertainment: Every night they had a different theme and they were good, we enjoyed them. If we want to come back? Sure! Do I reccommend this place? Of course! We had a pleasant vacation there. As someone that always goes to the reviews to decide if the hotel is worth staying at I feel I have to leave my own review to help others. We stayed at Nissiana Hotel from the 20th September 24 for 7 days and oh my god its a lovely hotel. We didn't arrive until midnight which would normally mean food and drinks were finished for the day however, the lovely gentleman on reception advised we were more than welcome to have something to eat and drink. We went up to our room which was just your standard room but we had been left food and drinks by the staff which was a nice surprise. The room was clean and beds were very comfy. Little shampoos, conditioners and body washes left in the bathroom and were topped up daily even if we hadn't used them. The room was cleaned daily and beds were made up beautifully with towels made into swans. My son took his Teddy which, when the staff went into clean the rooms they had tucked the teddy into bed, my son thought this was lovely that his Teddy had been looked after 🤣. The housekeeping ladies were very friendly and greet you whenever they see you. We stayed her all inclusive and im so glad we did the food was delicious and there was a different selection each day, the chef came out to greet everyone and to make sure everyone was happy with what had been put out. They didn't just top the food up they replaced with freshly made options. The bar staff were very good, cocktail making was superb. Very polite and professional. The pool was on the slightly chilly side but believe me it was needed in the 37degree heat. The pool was very well maintained having regular checks done on the levels. 5 minute walk from the beach, around 15 minute walk to Ayia Napa, supermarkets around 2 minute walk in all directions. I could go on and on but I'm guessing most people won't have read the whole review. I honestly cannot fault Nissiana Hotel and will most definitely be returning Thank you for giving us the best holiday!!

Stayed in the bungalows Aug 24, great size accommodation for a family of 4. There was a large double room upstairs with good cupboard space and two single beds down stairs with a kitchenette. The bathroom up the first flight of 5 steps, then another 8 steps to double room. Kids single beds were pretty hard and bathroom was dated & smelt bad when re arrived but the smell did clear after a few days. Maid came every afternoon and replaced towels and cleaned. We were across a busy road from the main hotel which was a little tricky going back and forth with the traffic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was very nice, a good selection like most all inclusives. Pool was wonderful, large and warm and a good depth for little and big kids. Lots of sunloungers and umbrellas. Plenty of seating for dinner and evening entertainment. We enjoyed our 11 nights, thank you.

Just come back from an 11 night stay here in August. We booked half board and stayed in a 1 bedroom bungalow which are situated across a road from main complex. Room was clean and kept clean each day, aircon was freezing which was a life saver. Road outside is noisy especially with motorcycles at nighttime. Pool was good very warm but they also have an indoor pool which was freezing so good to cool down with. Loads of sun loungers with no need to rush. Food is basic but acceptable. We hired a car for 7 days and hotel has plenty of parking. All in all a good visit and hotel is situated well for exploring.
