What an amazing holiday in an absolutely amazing hotel, Read some reviews that were less than complimentary about food, well the food offering was without doubt one of the bast we have experienced, having been to numerous all inclusive hotels over the years, this hotel tops the lot. A wide variety of choices, to suit even the fussiest of tastes. The staff could not do enough for you, from room attendants, pool servers and restaurant staff, with even the Executive Chef checking on your satisfaction with the food. Top notch. Highly recommended this hotel, great location and despite the outside hustle bustle this did not travel into the hotel, which was quiet and relaxing. We will be back next year.

We arrived on a late flight following a transfer from Larnaca airport at about 12.00 am. We were greeted by reception and checked in professionally and speedily and a porter took our bags to the rooms. The room was not exquisite but fully functional and spotlessly clean. A superior room with a balcony in a quieter part of the hotel away from the bar. The bed was very soft, ideal for me and I rested well apart from the early morning wakeup call of bells from the nearby monastery. They don’t last long and are in fact a gentle reminder to get up and go and get breakfast. Even though the hotel is adult only, there were some rowdy teenagers at times. However, we chose Ayia Napa and it’s to be expected. It did not spoil the experience at all. The pool is clean and well maintained. Complementary cold towels brought out during the day was a nice touch. Usual fight for sunbeds from those who park their towels and abandon the pool area for hours on end, no different to any hotel however there are plenty of beds. My suggestion when the monastery bells toll, mark your preferred bed and enjoy the magnificent breakfast. The breakfast was amazing, so much variety from full English, selection of fruits and cereals and meats was always well stocked even close to closing, a great start to the day. The staff are helpful with a genuine smile and need to help in any way they can. We were made welcome from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. The location is ideal. Close proximity to everything but far enough away from the mayhem of numerous nightclubs further up the hill. We arrived in May and enjoyed to so much booked again on our return. Cannot wait to get back in October.

This is one of the best stays I've had withy family - the hotel is beautiful, right in the centre of the Ayia Napa resort and all of the action, but cleverly constructed so that you feel separate from the hustle and bustle, nice and quiet on an evening. The rooms were nice, basic but what we needed for a week. As the rooms face in on themselves they tend to look across at other rooms so the view was never going to be anything amazing. We were put in a garden view room which was at the end of the hotel so quiet there too. Only one night there was disturbance from guests a few doors down but someone must have called reception as security came up promptly to deal with it. We checked in late at night and they had provided us wifh sandwiches, apples and orange juice in the room which was a nice and considerate touch. The all inclusive was great - the food was the best I've ever had at a resort. Breakfast is a buffet set up, lunch is an order by menu at the pool bar system, and dinner can either be a themed night in the buffet (Mexican night and Caribbean night were particular standouts), or you can book once per week into one of the three a la carte restaurants connected to and owned by the hotel, where you get a three course meal. There is also hot food on offer between 10-12pm and 2-6pm ish outwith the normal set hours and you can get pizzas and wraps etc. The drinks were all delicious, generous servings of cocktails and such. The pool was always a lovely temperature and never too overcrowded. We didn't have any issues getting sun loungers each morning either. The only reason I gave the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is that as the week went on it got busier and as it got busier, the service got slower. Sometimes it was pretty bad how long we waited for plates to be cleared, or to get drinks on a night as they prefer you to order and be served rather than go to the bar. However, all in all the week we stayed was fantastic and we would definitely return to this hotel again.

Hotel is decent, pool is nice and the food is nice overall. Service is slow and they discourage you from going to the bar so you end up waiting at your table waiting for ages for one of the staff to walk past. Hotel is decent, pool is nice and the food is nice overall. Service is slow and they discourage you from going to the bar so you end up waiting at your table waiting for ages for one of the staff to walk past. There is also no where to sit and have a drink or relax in air conditioning, only the pool bar area is available and it’s 30 plus at the moment so very uncomfortable, only place to escape the heat is ur room which sucks. Staff are ok not friendly.
