“You’ll never go wrong with Napa Mermaid Hotel & suites.”
I am a Kenyan citizen and I was really amazed with the services offered at the hotel. The foods served were very tantalizing not forgetting the juice & cocktail’s.The rooms were super gorgeous. The ambiance itself was good. I recommend this hotel at 100%

“Great Location and Facilities”

“Nice stay”
It’s a lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and the bars are nice too. It’s a little out of town so it was mostly peaceful We had a problem with noise in the room next door and the reception staff happily moved us to another room. Long awaited hoilday but worth it .been coming to mermaid for over 30yrs seen lots of changes over the yrs but still top of our list for the cleanest hotel it's got to be 5☆ for that .Food Is really spot on ,breakfast always hot and plenty to choose from .pool area is spotless with plenty of sunbed… more
