“Top notch hotel”
The stay at this hotel was fantastic. The food is delicious, especially the dinner buffet. The staff is polite and friendly, the hotel is clean and fresh. “5yr gap ”
Long awaited hoilday but worth it .been coming to mermaid for over 30yrs seen lots of changes over the yrs but still top of our list for the cleanest hotel it's got to be 5☆ for that .Food Is really spot on ,breakfast always hot and plenty to choose from .pool area is spotless with plenty of sunbed… more

“Best hotel for sea holidays”
The best food & personneel service in the world. Very clean place with pools, a spa, a gym and a bar. It is not far away from the sea and a first class beach. I already visited the hotel 9 times with my family and I intend to continue. The hotel offers the best service in the world.
