We've visited ayia napa many times and also got married there we chose to stay in the faros this year as its in a great location the hotel is lovely and clean great pool for the children and so close to the beach and restaurant..what made our stay even better was the lifeguard mo from Egypt he was so friendly always made time to have a little fun and our 9 year old daughter loved him he's such a lovely guy we now class him as a friend out daughter bought him a friendship band and we now facetime him and see how he's getting on I really can't rate him high enough he's great at his job and he's great with all the guests he deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️five stars 😀 ..from Dean bridie & dixie

Throughout 11 night stay, it was nothing short of exceptional with such professionalism and commitment to make sure our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. Rooms had everything you need, great variety of breakfast & the all-day menu was great and plentiful. Big hello & thank you to Andy & and the magnificent bar crew, Polina checking all is good and to lifeguards Muhammad's and George on security who were always jolly, never taking their eye off the ball, nothing would have to much trouble for this fabulous team. The Pillows are the fluffiest I felt in my room. The food was divine. All of the staff were great. Furthermore the hospitality management is the best I have experienced so far in my genuine opinion making it the to go to hotel in Ayia Napa. Thank you Polina.

This was my first time visiting the Faros Hotel. I always do extensive research and it was the reviews that swung it for me. I'm so glad I booked. From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel so welcome. They are all warm and helpful and can't do enough for you. Location: Perfect for me, close to the beach and bars and restaurants just round the corner and the start of the strip, which although it's busy it didn't affect my sleep or enjoyment of this hotel. There is a bus stop just outside the casino that I got to Protaras one evening (1.50€ each way). Room: I stayed in room 2307 which was a superior room on the 3rd floor. It was large and spacious and spotlessly clean. It had maid service every day and one day I accidentally left the DND sign on and they left a note saying if I wanted it cleaned to let them know before 230pm and they would come and clean it. The view over looking the pool and sea was amazing, furbished with 2 chairs and a table. The shower gel, shampoo etc was restocked everyday. Food/Drink I stayed on HB basis and the breakfast was great so much choice from omelette/pancakes cooked hot to fruit and pastries and usual continental selections. Drinks were included. The lunch time was a menu based selection of starters, main and dessert and there was lots of choice and the quality was like eating out at a restaurant. I swapped my dinner for lunch several times. The evening dinner was buffet with different themes every night. I didn't go to dinner until after 9pm and by then the food had sat there a while (my fault not there's) as it closed at 930pm. The only thing was NO DRINKS ARE INCLUDED WITH LUNCH OR DINNER. The pool bar was a godsend as we were having a heatwave of 45c and Dolly did an amazing job of serving everyone with a smile and even taking photos for me. I didn't really utilise the ChinChin bar but the prices were obviously higher than the strip but not extortionate €3 coke €2.75 small beer €5.50 pint beer €9 alcoholic cocktail 🍸. The staff were very friendly (Ahmed) and wandered round the pool offering waiter service. Staff: This is where this hotel excels. All staff that I came across are warm, friendly and helpful from Mohammid the life guard, Dolly the pool bar lady, Samin and Dianna in the restaurant and Ahmed in the ChinChin bar. Also the aquafit lady that forgot we were on holiday and worked us hard every morning at 1030am. If there is only 1 criticism (as nowhere is perfect). There is very very limited night time entertainment (none that I saw) which meant you went out to the local bars and restaurants every night. I only ever saw on my way in and out, a few older couples sat outside. I think if they had some music/singers more people would stay and buy drinks and spend money. I spent my evenings in The Queen Vic which had amazing cocktails and nightly entertainment. You can either pay with cash or card as you go or sign the bill and pay on checkout. Do check your bill though as they tried to overcharge me by €23 but as a solo traveller it was easy to prove the mistake and they were quick to rectify it on reception. I would definitely stay here again and can't wait to return. Fabulous job to you all
