A fabulous central hotel. Perfect family holiday, you won’t be short of restaurants, bars, beaches and day trips when staying here. When you first arrive at the beach do not be put off by the waters edge being pebbly and rocky (it’s only like this next to the harbour). Walk five mins along the beach and it soon opens up in to a lovely wide beach with soft sand. To the right of the hotel you have the harbour with its lovely restaurants, bars and beach and to the left you are at the start of the main strip up to the square (again lined with lovely restaurants and bars). The pool here is lovely, plenty of sun-beds and never had a problem getting four. We even came back from a boat trip one afternoon around 2:00pm and was still able to get beds. There’s a lively end of the pool with louder music and a quieter end where they often put on a violinist and saxophonist (both of these musicians were brilliant). Hotel was kept spotlessly clean, breakfast was good and varied, bar staff were lovely (special mention to Ahmed - he really couldn’t do enough for you, such a lovely person). The managers would walk around the pool everyday making sure each and every guest was happy - special mention to Natalie who was always very helpful, especially when my mum arrived a few days later. Natalie made sure she was well looked after and even arranged for a beautiful large fruit platter to be placed in her room. This really was a lovely hotel (which catered for families, singles and couples) in a great location with fabulous staff. We have fond memories of our stay.

I left a review at the beginning of our stay in September 24 after experiencing the warmth and dedication of the hotel staff, everybody was so friendly and helpful. So our overall impression of the hotel was really good. We both found the bed a little firm but asked for a topper and after that no problems sleeping, there are extra pillows and duvets in the cupboards. There are not enough coat hangers for more than a weeks holiday but this is always a problem for me as I always take too many dresses with me! There is not an option to hang your wet swimwear on the balcony and they are made with glass panels so difficult to attach a line to. We took a camping line with hooks which worked well. Breakfast is good, lots of typical breakfast foods and a Cypriot corner. I can recommend the omelette bar, Phillipino Leilani was a joy every morning with her cheerful chat and lovely omelettes and Diana both always helpful and happy to chat while working really hard every day. The pool food was good, large portions, hot and not expensive for what you got. Cocktails were good and reasonably priced and came with a dish of cocktail nuts. The pool is clean and in september was not busy so enough beds and cabanas so not necessary to claim one at stupid o’clock even though some guests this. Life guard Mohammed was a lovely guy who kept a friendly eye on everything, he also had time for jokes and lending airbeds. There was an incident in the pool with a dronken family who had just arrived but this was resolved quickly. We noticed that there were few guests who stayed in the hotel in the evening, mostly families with small children, the hotel is at the beginning of the main street lined with restaurants and bars so this is logical. I read complaints about the lack of entertainment, there are loads of places that do live music, karaoke or have football so no need te stay in. We had a late flight but were allowed to use the pool and shower until late. We were able to change our wet pool towels for clean ones by George and could leave the hire car in the hotel (free) carpark. The hotel is spotless. The food is very good. Service is exceptional. Wifi was mostly good Airco good Noise from the strip, we had a superior sea/poolview room so no problems with music of rowdiness and the double glazing was good. We are not early to bed people but some guests were not considerate when closing their doors! Pool good Aqua aerobics good (she is strict! Haha) Pool music, one source of music would be better than 2. The poolbar music was too loud and often not relaxing some lounge music would be nice now and then. The managing ladies walk around every day and evening asking guests how they are and if they need anything. Do not hesitate to ask as they love to help. The beaches near the hotel were not great in my opinion, the sunsets were spectacular so go to the small jetty and wait for the sun to set. Go early there are lots of people waiting and often wedding busses with the same idea. Lovely hotel with lovely staff, we came as strangers but were welcomed as friends, we left as family. We would come again

We returned last month from another wonderful stay at the best hotel in Ayia Napa. As always the hotel is spotlessly clean, the food is excellent and the drinks are delicious. We have got to know some of the staff really well from our previous visits, and they make our stay special. Andy and Magda always make us delicious drinks, and are so friendly and welcoming. Nina from the restaurant is as crazy and funny as always, and always makes us laugh!!! Natalia always looks after us from our booking to our departure and is always so nice and pleasant. Last but not least Mr Andreas the manager, is such a nice man, and always looked in on my wife who was using the gym early in the morning. A very special hotel with wonderful staff.

“Excellent Hotel”

Beautiful Hotel and very friendly staff. We had a superior double room with a large walk in shower and a king size bed, bathrobe and slippers were provided. It had a pool view and see view. Beautiful Hotel and very friendly staff. We had a superior double room with a large walk in shower and a king size bed, bathrobe and slippers were provided. It had a pool view and see view. Our room was 2307. Excellent location for bars, restaurants and the beach. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Hotel and rooms very clean. No trouble getting sun beds. We had a late flight home so could leave our suitcases in the luggage room. There were also showers and changing room which we used. I. Would highly recommend this hotel.
