“Amazing, friendly hotel”
We stayed here for their final week of the season at the end of October. It was just the right amount of busy. The friendly, attentive staff were the highlight of the hotel. We stayed here for their final week of the season at the end of October. It was just the right amount of busy. The friendly, attentive staff were the highlight of the hotel. Hotel is stylish and on top of a lovey bay, which was great for snorkelling. We never struggled to get 3 sun loungers, the only issue at this time of year is that they aren’t in the sun for long, with the hotel casting a long shadow. The sea is lovely and warm though, so we just went there. Our room was tiny, we had a pull-out bed for our child and as a result we had to keep our suitcases on the balcony. Amazing pool and sea views and we were only on the second floor. Very clean hotel and the room service did a great job. Food was slightly above the usual all-inclusive buffet. We hired a car, which was dropped at the hotel and we had a fantastic couple of days exploring the island. The roads are very good, and it was an easy drive.

Recently returned from a wonderful week at Crystal Springs. Beautiful hotel, ideally situated right next to a small beach. Spotlessly clean and staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Special mention to Jack and George at the pool bar for their enthusiasm and friendly welcome every day and Dona in the restaurant who was so accommodating. Big thanks also to Kristina (not sure I’ve got this right) who was excellent in the Salamina for breakfast and evening meal. The food was of an excellent standard and always hot and plentiful.

“Superb”
Second visit and it didn’t disappoint. Staff were wonderful .Food and drinks brilliant as they were last year. Rooms spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We left early evening and all inc didn’t finish until we were picked up , very welcome. All in all another brilliant visit !!

Amazing service!! To everyone thank you for a wonderful week especially a shout out to Jack and George at the pool side restaurant. Christina in the spa was the best! My son and husband loved playing volleyball. At this relaxing hotel you will make friends - hope you enjoy!! 🥰

this review may be soon out of date as the hotel is planning a major renovation/expansion. positives - very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, lovely semi-private beach right by the hotel. all day bar and restaurant by the pool was excellent. negatives - breakfast was excellent, lunch was good… more
this review may be soon out of date as the hotel is planning a major renovation/expansion. positives - very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, lovely semi-private beach right by the hotel. all day bar and restaurant by the pool was excellent. negatives - breakfast was excellent, lunch was good (sushi available) but dinner buffet did disappoint, with too many average dishes. the theme nights underwhelmed, eg Asian night featured something that claimed to be sweet and sour chicken, but it was a long way from what it claimed to be. you are also somewhat isolated, location wise. no local water sports, no really local shops or restaurants. Protaras is quite a way away.
