On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Nice hotel”
- staff was very friendly and helpful - it was clean in the room, enough space, bed and pillows were very good - away from the center of Ayia Napa - it could be better if the breakfast would be more varied

They cleaned the room daily, and change the Bath towels. The staff is very helpfull and very friendly. Breakfast is the same every day, but you have from were to choose. From fruits and vegetables, to bacon, egg, peperoni and cheese, fruit salad, 3 tipes of bread, etc. As a minus, the place is quite far away from the maine road about 800-900 m, were you will Find supermakets, bus stations, restaurnats and bars.

Was placed at Chysland Hotel for a night as me and my band were performing at a wedding in NissiBeach. Owner was very nice and everyone was friendly. Half of the band was placed in an apartment setting which was not bad. We were placed in a room in the main building. Perhaps one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. Felt like I was stuck in 1975. Sheets were dirty, no hangers or closet. The room was generally filthy and certainly was not a room that could fit 3 comfortably.
