Hotel clean with good food options, although I would say Is this year drinks service in the restaurant was slow . Staff always friendly especially those at the pool bar and snack bar. Rooms are modern clean and comfortable for 2-3. Could do with more hangers in the wardrobe but I took some of my own. To elevate this issue. The pool is large with swim up bar plenty of loungers. The hotel is in a great location for Nissi beach , close to a bus stop where you can get a bus that will take you into The centre of town if you want to liven things up. These are excellent value at €1.50 upto 9 pm and € 2.50 after that or you can get a weekly pass for €20. This was my 3rd stay at Christophina and have just booked again. We will be back 17th October 24,

Not a 4 star hotel , more 3 , food same , just mixed up a bit . Cater for foreign travelers more than English. . Staff friendly,, virtually nil entertainment . Can can be quite boring . Pool a good size . Not enough fresh fruit etc , always ran out of cups and glasses at dinner . Same option f... more

“Nice hotel, but far from 4*.”

Overall the hotel is nice. Rooms basic but fine, nice pool and pool area. Bar staff are friendly, reception staff not so friendly or helpful. Food - very basic. Overall the hotel is nice. Rooms basic but fine, nice pool and pool area. Bar staff are friendly, reception staff not so friendly or helpful. Food - very basic. Breakfast the usual kind of things (hot choices, toast, pastries, etc), lunch was pretty awful. Dinner, again basic with not much choice. (we ate out 4 of the 7 days). Great location, nice quiet part of Ayia Napa but close to the beach and shops and restaurants. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel, 3 star at best but was fine for us for a last minute week away.

We had a late arrival and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and modern look of this hotel. We were provided with a sandwich in the room and a glass of water on arrival. We were all inclusive. The meals were plentiful and varied. As a vegetarian, I found a lot of my meals consisted of mainly salad. The dessert station was predominantly fruit and cheese. They do have a kids corner. The rooms were clean and visited by the cleaners daily. We were there for a week and the sheets were not changed in that time. The location is handy for Nissi Beach. Some lovely local amenities Zorbas Bakery and La Cucina Italian restaurant are a short walk away if you grow tired of the sameness of the all inclusive buffet. The cocktail menu is extensive including Prosecco (Cava) based cocktails - Augustina, George & Ioannis were fabulous at remembering your preferences after a couple of days. Always greeted with a smile and friendly chat. Catalin and Julia the animation team do their best with the facilities they are provided with. For a two person team and seemingly limited resources, they try to give a good range of entertainment. We took part in bingo, Tarot card reading and darts. All in all, it’s a quiet hotel but you have the bustle of Ayia Napa a stone’s throw away. Maria, seemed to work everywhere within the hotel and was a pleasure to meet and chat with. Always a friendly face and happy to answer any questions you had. We enjoyed our stay for our first time in Cyprus but likely wouldn’t return to Ayia Napa. The tap water is not to be drunk and several times throughout our stay tap water was running yellow. This was quickly resolved. The pool was cold but I think this was due to the time of year.
