“Fantastic holiday”

Stayed for 2 weeks and couldn’t fault the hotel .All staff were brilliant Like to say thanks to Jamie on reception egg and zolton on main bar and Anna in restaurant and pool bar.Food was great and the drinks. Rooms were spotless and could change towels at anytime pool area kept very clean and beach is only a couple of minutes away .Taxi is 10 euros to centre of town or bus stop outside.Re booked for next October

“Brilliant”

The staff are brilliant and very friendly.The hotel is very clean .The food was great something for everyone and good drinks .The pool was kept very clean and nice to have a quiet area .The entertainment could be better but it didn’t stop us booking up for next year while sitting on our sun beds .… more

“Best holiday ever”

One of the best holidays we have ever been on. This experience was made by the wonderful staff. One of the best holidays we have ever been on. This experience was made by the wonderful staff. Only to mention a few- Noor was a brilliant bartender who was always friendly and provides the best cocktails. Which are great throughout the hotel. The owner was always present to ensure we were happy and to resolve any issues. The food was unbelievable. Having been to many hotel and all inclusive by far this was the best food we have had. We aren’t a fussy family so we always had something new to try. The themed night were fantastic, giving us a large variety always leaving the restaurant full. The cleaner was especially helpful and brilliant. She would always friendly and polite. The hotel as a whole was so clean and welcoming and beautifully presented. I couldn’t recommend a hotel enough. I can’t believe how anyone can say the hotel was bad. We would love to again next year.

“Perfect … if the soundproofing and desserts were improved”

We are back home after a wonderful 2 weeks here. First most important points: no jellyfish and no mosquitos at this time of year 🤩. The food was mostly good. They excel in providing fruit and it is available 24/7. They served a delicious and fantastic selection of deboned fish, including my favourite, swordfish, on numerous occasions. Desserts are the weak point of the food offering because there are some quality ones that are tasty, but it is very repetitive with the same ones over and over again across both lunch and tea. However, frustratingly, my favourite one, a white chocolate roll, was only served once. The hotel itself is very noisy because it lacks soundproofing, with noisy corridors, making it difficult to sleep before midnight and stay asleep after 7am. We were on the third floor sandwiched between the restaurant downstairs and bar upstairs. We requested a move after 3 nights and we’re moved along the floor to the other end which was better, but a screeching entrance door right next to us woke us up every time someone used it including those heading back in the middle of the night and staff early morning. I have never come back from holiday so tired. If was going again, I would test out a room before unpacking. On the other hand, the rooms are spacious, well cleaned, and the sea view is excellent so is well worth the small cost. By the way, the toiletries are naff so take your own or buy some there. Also, if the bed is too hard, as it was for me, you can ask reception to add a second soft mattress on the top. The adult pool area and view out over the sea was perfect. Our favourite time of the day was 4-5 after the heat of the day and everyone else headed back to their rooms - a perfect place to be for the sunset. The entertainment in the bar was so bad that it was funny - think Phoenix Nights 😂. The acts outside downstairs were better, our favourite being the Michael Buble Tribute. The dancers from around the world were okay for something to watch but they lacked pizazz and didn’t seem to even know each other - walking out separately and ignoring each other waiting around the lifts: bizarre. The hotel is right next to two wonderful beaches. Buy a sun embrella for 7.5 euros at the shop opposite in the main road in your first day and you are set. The best beach is left out of the hotel along the coastal path for a 15 minute walk. It’s a bit of a secret find because not many people make the effort to walk there. Clean toilets, free ice cold water refilling station, a reasonably priced cafe, perfect snorkelling and swimming in a calm bay, and deep comfy sunbeds if you want them, and wedding couples sometimes stop by for photos under the gorgeous tree looking out. Don’t miss a trip down to the nearby underwater sculpture park if you are a snorkeler. It is walkable (45 minutes) or easy to get to on a bus. It is fab swimming over the sculptures and watching the scuba divers down there. Another nice beach too. Nearby Protarus is very easy to get to on the bus from right outside the hotel - another great spot for snorkelling.
