What an amazing experience for my 8 days at this hotel with all included. So far, the best hotel I have ever stayed. Everyone was amazing and treated us very well. The staff, always organised and kind. The food was fabulous!! The drinks were delicious. Very clean place, with excellent options of leisure. I REALLY RECOMMEND! If one day I'm back to Cyprus, I want to stay on the same hotel.

Good quiet location so away from the busy ayia napa nightlife. However if you want it it’s there. There’s a bus stop opposite the hotel and buses are very cheap

From the moment we arrived in reception, the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a swim .up room, which were spotless and spacious, maid service every day. The restaurant and pool bar staff were friendly and professional. Nothing is too .much trouble for the team here. The tui rep is very helpful. The food is delicious, something for everyone,loved how drinks were ordered from.your table. Beautiful view of the beach. There are 3 beaches within walking distance, took us 20 minutes to nissi beach and 20 mins to ayia napa harbour. Plenty of sunbeds around the hotel. The snackbar had plenty of choice such as wraps, salads, yoghurts, cakes, biscuits, pizza, burgers, wedges and fries. Lovely hotel with lovy staff. Would definitely recommend.

Just returned from a great 10 days at this lovely hotel. As many of the photos show the location is great with stunning unobstructed views over the Mediterranean. Its about a 20-30 min walk to Ayia Napa either along the beach that you can access via a set of steps or down the main street into town. Rooms are good, clean and well appointed but there is only a small gap between the end of the bed and the worktop with only room for 1 person at a time. Ensuites are very nice and great sized shower. The soundproofing is good but noise from the corridor can still be heard at times (Especially when the revellers start returning from the nightclubs at 3-4am!) Food is fantastic, each night has a theme and there are lots of options available at each sitting so no need to repeat anything unless you really enjoyed it the first time it was there. One particular highlight was the fried slice available at breakfast, this is the first time I have seen this in a hotel not in the UK and certainly brought a smile to my face. We had one meal at the al la carte restaurant and it was lovely, you have to pre order the night before but the quality and service was top notch. really tasty and very well presented. Pools were great, we set up most days at the larger family pool as there was more of an atmosphere and had no issue with finding a good location in the first week, the second week got a lot busier and there were a lot more towels being placed to reserve beds very early I'm the morning which did limit our choice in the second week. The hotel does have a note in the room saying that reserving beds is banned and that towels will be removed but I'm pretty sure this wasn't enforced. Activities were a bit patchy and when compared to other hotels we have stayed at very low key. There is only one person (Who is great and tries her best) in the animation "team" so activities are not that well promoted or advertised. The best was the pool aerobics but all of the other things were right in the heat of the day which would have made participation quite uncomfortable. Entertainment To be fair after seeing a lot of the reviews we went expecting a lot but the shows at the amphitheatre when they were on were good. We didn't go to the indoor bar so cant comment on the quality of the singers there but to be fair you have Ayia Napa town on your doorstep so if its not to your taste it wont take long to find something you do like. Highlights - Staff are all lovely especially the reception and restaurant staff - Food - Really high standard, lots of variety and well cooked. - Cleanliness - Always immaculate and towels replace whenever requested - Location - 1.50 Euros to get on the bus that will take you as far as Protaras one way and the other end of Ayia Napa the other and a very short walk to the beach means this is probably the perfect location. Possible improvements - Put up "quiet please" signs in the lift areas and corridors - it works at Premier Inns. Our room was dead opposite the lifts and sometimes it got very noisy when people returned from their nights out or were up at silly o'clock for an early breakfast. - Schedule activities such as volleyball at times when its a bit cooler ie not at midday! also a larger animation team would mean more variety such as water polo and football etc - Consider designated no smoking and vaping areas around the pool and in the restaurant - it got quite smelly from all the fumes at times. - Restaurant floor is so clean it becomes slippery and witnessed a couple of people nearly fall over, maybe some non slip coating is needed. Overall we had a really great time and would certainly recommend to others.
