We stayed here for our wedding on the 11/10/24 for 2 weeks. We arrived around 11:30pm on the 6th and was greeted with a snack bar with sandwiches,pizzas.wraps & pastries. We could not fault the hotel during our stay our room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels (both pool & room) the hotel staff were outstanding and helped the day run so smoothly! We arrived and our room on arrival was lovely with a beautiful sea view! However a little on the smaller side as we had a bridal party to get ready in the room. I emailed Angela and she got on the case asap for me! We were both extremely grateful for the understanding and help we received during this time! We were moved to a larger suite within 3 days and this room was perfect! All of the hotel staff were always so welcoming and helpful! During our wedding reception Ana kept our whole wedding party entertained she was truly a gem! And amazing with our kiddos! There was 41 of us altogether and we all had such an amazing time thanks to you Atlantica sungarden beach! We couldn’t fault the food,there was always something for everyone and the kids eat well too. After reading a few reviews we were worried regarding the sunbed situation but there was always available beds no matter what time of the day we set down. We caught the 102 bus down to Ayia Napa a few nights and cost €1.50 each way. Taxi cost between €10 & €20 each way depending how many passengers** We visited the amusement park in Ayia Napa which was perfect for the kids! (And the bigger kids) There was 3 pools on site and a baby pool. The infinity pool was adults only,a relaxation pool next to it and on the other end was the inflatables pool which was where the kids spent most of the holiday! The drinks menu had plenty of choice,and the snack bars seen us perfectly between meal times (hotdogs,pizzas & pastries) Seen a lot of reviews regarding the entertainment,yes it’s standard however there were enough of us to make it fun and get stuck in. All in all we were very pleased with our stay and will definitely be returning! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

My partner and I stayed at the Atlantica sungarden beach for 2 weeks during September 24 ,we also got married at the hotel. I can not praise the hotel staff enough. All the staff were polite and courteous at all times and went about there jobs cheerfully. Special mention to George on reception Ana in the restaurant and I think Marcio, a member of management.they really stood out as ambassadors for the hotel. All areas of the hotel were kept clean at all times. The food was very good, different menus every night. Always a good selection to choose from, and regularly replenished. Breakfast menu was extensive, from full English, continental, cerial, fruit. Yoghurt, pancakes and more. The all inclusive drinks are typically unbranded spirits and local beer. Pool areas are nice, one quiter more laid back pool area overlooking the med, the other more lively. Rooms are nice, well equipped, comfy beds. Pool/ beach towels are provided. Tea/ coffee making facilities. Not much in the way of TV channels to choose from, however you don't choose a hotel for that. Close to the beach, about 25 minutes walk from the resort centre and about the same to the harbour. Our wedding day was perfect! The wedding gazebo is a beautiful setting and the whole day was fabulous. The hotel staff really made us feel like royalty all day. We booked the A la Carte restaurant for the evening meal which was lovely. My only criticism and it's a very personal thing I guess, is the evening entertainment. Not my cup of tea, however plenty of good nights out in Ayia Napa if you want them, something for everyone. 100 % We will be returning next year for our anniversary . Thank you Sungarden beach for a fab holiday and our perfect wedding day.

10/10. Where to start…. Staff - all polite and helpful. Waiters, bar staff, cleaners and reception all brilliant. Rooms - we stayed in a sea view double room in the main hotel (204). Great size and views were amazing out to sea. Rooms was clean on arrival and cleaned each day we were there (7 days) Hotel - not too busy despite appearing to be full. There is plenty of room by the bar area and in the dinner hall and never feel to crammed In. The hotel was always clean everywhere you went. Pools - we stayed by the main pool and adult pool throughout our stay. The infinity pool has an amazing view across the coast. The pool Areas were always clean and tidy and there was never an issue getting a lounger. Bars - drinks menu is the same throughout the hotel. We mainly got ours from main bar and pool bar. Good quality cocktails with a range to suit all. Also water machines all around to help keep you hydrated in the heat. Food - we didn’t do the Al a Carte part but only because we enjoyed the main restaurant so much. Varied food each day and a different theme night each night. The live cooking area was always providing great theme night food and there was an area for kids food also. One of the best all inclusive foods we have experienced. Many options and always great quality and taste. Location - the hotel is only a 20min walk into Ayia Napa centre and the Ayia Napa harbour. They are both worth a visit but even more so in the evening when it’s a little cooler to walk. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from also but I recommend ‘The Square open air bar’. Live music and sport in a great location. Just up the road from the hotel is the Ayia Napa sculpture walk. Recommend taking a short wonder round this also. Great views all round. The beach is a 5min walk down to the right of the hotel and the sea is warm and with fish to see nearer the rocks so take your goggles. There are also jet skis, pedalos and other water sports available. I think that pretty much covers everything. Would 100% recommend to couples and families. The hotel and area offer something for everyone.

Recently visited this hotel and had a fantastic holiday, first of all we received the room we had requested so good start, the room looked good and had a fab view, we were able to sleep well as where are room was based was quiet at night. The hotel has two different pool areas one with music and one without the one without also has an adult only infinity pool, each pool area also has a bar with minimal snacks throughout the day. The hotel has several leisure activities available a football pitch, beach volleyball, table tennis, yoga area, gym and tennis court. The sungarden is placed in the perfect location for me just on the edge of Ayia Napa close enough to walk in to the main hub but far enough out that you aren’t to affected by noise, it’s right next to a beach, just a short stroll down a winding path, on the beach are loungers and parasols for hire €7.50 for an entire day you also have water sports, a bar and toilet and changing facilities. We found most of the staff to be very friendly and helpful only one member we found unfriendly and not very approachable and I observed this behaviour towards others also, a man named Zoltan, i don’t like to name and shame but he made you almost feel like not approaching the bar and that’s not right, I suggest explain to him a thing called customer service. As mentioned the hotel as several bars, one at each pool area and the reception bar, the reception bar is where you get the best drinks, we found ourselves over indulging with a cocktail called a grasshopper, tastes like mint aero, sat on the balcony over looking the sea, bliss. Finally food, the food at Atlantica Sungarden was exceptional, there was not an evening where there wasn’t several options of meals to chose from(I normally struggle on al-inclusive) the taste was fantastic also, loads of flavours like home cooked food, even had the chef one evening going around the tables talking with guests making sure they were happy. When you arrive for evening meal you are shown to a table of your choice and brought a drink of your choice but it’s good to add that the self service drinks machines remain open so you can get your own soft drink or coffee etc. One other thing to add, this hotel had a great mixture of nationalities also most made a good effort of dressing up in the evenings with all different styles some with hats, shorts, trousers shirts etc I like all the different looks. Overall i don’t think you can go wrong with this hotel and if we ever thought about visiting Ayia Napa again we would definitely have Atlantica Sungarden Beach at the top of our thoughts. Overall this is a fantastic hotel and I don’t think you can go wrong.
