“Wonderful relaxing holiday for tourists”

So starting off the hotel reception and staff all understood and spoke english well which was very welcoming as a brit on holiday. Me and my girlfriend spent 7 nights here all inclusive and I think you do get value for your money. Breakfast they have everything you could want, they have the kiosk snack bar which is open I believe 10:30-18:00. Sandhu from the snack bar was especially giving top service remembering orders and just giving you what you would expect 10/10 service. One thing I would say is that the Sausage meat/Pork is some kind of vegan meat and its not the best if I'm honest but the hotdogs, chicken burger and the rest of the food is quite nice. Lunch and Dinner is very nice with their drink order taking service, by the time you've got your food your drink was at the table and the dinner meat menu was very unique I loved it. The all inclusive bar was quite good open 10am-12am with quick service busy at times but always good atmosphere, Sylvia always gave good service but the one TOP STAFF member was definitely Marios. Marios works 8am-10pm all day every day, he is all you could ask for on your holiday. Always has the best of manors and just 11/10 service he really showed example to the hotel and gave top holiday vibes from the minute I got my first drink. If this ever gets to him its Liam ice cream man haha, your the best! The room cleaning was quite top quality too I noticed the cleaners go really in detail and take their time goes to show. We did have a little issue with our air con it seemed to not be as cool as I would've wanted, reported to reception and they had someone to come look at it but seemed like the temperature was fine maybe the aircon is just locked to not be freezing cold but other than that I had a 10/10 time. They had an entertainment team of a couple people but the 2 people that stood out was the guy and the women that both played activities like darts and boules in the day with also water activities, I didn't get much time to do these but I did for 1 of my days and it was really nice getting to know people from the hotel and it was just really nice they are lovely people. They had a variety of 9pm entertainment and it seems that the entertainment really care about what guests think of the entertainment and shows they care about making it better, the entertainment was decent you couldn't ask for better really, one thing I wish I suggested was maybe adding more karaoke nights. But overall brilliant staff brilliant hotel and brilliant stay decently recommend.

Me and my friend stayed here for a week in June. When we arrived we were told we had been given a ‘room upgrade’ for free. When we were taken to the room we were met with a room with a double bed and a sofa. Neither of us wanted to sleep on the sofa and we couldn’t share the double due to personal reasons. The air-con also didn’t work and the shower pressure was atrocious. This was one of the garden suites which is separate to the hotel. I went back to reception and asked them why they hadn’t put us in a twin bed room like we paid for and they kept insisting that the room was bigger and it is a better room. I politely explained that we didn’t want the upgrade and requested to be put in a twin bed room. They asked us to stay one night in the room so they could sort the room for us in the morning as it was 1am by this point. We complied and stayed the night Though the next morning when we went back to reception to change the rooms they asked us to stay one more night as there were no twin rooms available until the next morning. I expressed my frustrations about not being able to settle into the room as we didn’t want to unpack our cases just to move rooms the next day and how the sleeping situation wasn’t working. They basically told us there was nothing they could do until tomorrow. So we stayed another night in the room, and when we were finally given the keys to the new room and told we can move our stuff in, the room wasn’t even clean though they told us it had been. There was sand and spillage all over the floor and empty cups and cans. It took them about an hour to get somebody to clean it whilst we had to wait with our cases. The room itself once we got sorted was lovely. The air-con worked in this room, the beds were comfy and it was great. It was just a shame we got less nights in the room we paid for. Overall the hotel is beautiful though. Majority of the staff are very friendly, especially the bar and wait staff. Didn’t have any issues with any other guests either, everyone was lovely The food was good as far as all-inclusive food goes. Lots of choice and mostly different every night with pasta choices, pizza, other curry’s and stews as well as kids items. The other 2 issues we had that bumped this down from 4 stars to 3 stars was when I asked the man at reception if he could book us a taxi at 6:45, to which he did and asked for our room number so somebody could come and knock if we weren’t waiting in the lobby when he arrived. We came down at 6:50 due to being rushed for time after dinner, to be told the taxi had been and gone. I asked why nobody knocked for us to which the woman just shrugged, saying she can order us another one. Though this was on us for being late down, it irritated me that they told us they would tell us when he arrived to relieve some stress due to rushing, and then to not follow through. The last thing was regarding the snack bar, more specifically the staff. We had been ordering chicken burgers during our stay from the snack bar as we were a big fan of those. We ordered one as normal and as I watched the guy make it I asked him ‘that is chicken, right?’ as it looked different to the other times we had ordered it. It was usually fried chicken and this was a patty. He assured me it was and when we sat down to eat it, my friend asked me to try it first as she doesn’t eat beef. I had 2 big bites to determine that it was in fact beef. When I took them back to the man and woman at the snack bar, I asked her why they had given us beef when I even asked him to clarify it was chicken. She still told me it was chicken, to which i showed her where i had eaten it to confirm what it was, but she kept telling me it was chicken. I told her I know what beef tastes like, to which she just kept telling me it was chicken, and that they’ve changed the type of chicken. We ended up throwing them in the bin and not ordering them for the rest of our stay. It is disappointing because i wanted to give this stay a higher score as everything else was amazing. The entertainment was good, the pool was beautiful, the room was lovely in the end. I would still recommend going here, but just make sure you are given the right room, as we strongly believe we were not given an upgrade, but they overbooked, so had to stick us in that room, which is unprofessional.

Me and my fiancé stayed here for 8 days all inclusive in the superior sea view room and here’s our experience and opinions on the hotel! (please read the dress code part of the review as this was a huge issue for us and for a lot of other guests we encountered) The Food: 6/10 Breakfast was your bog standard, barely really went for breakfast as the options weren’t all that. Dinner unfortunately was miss for us with us going out for dinner most nights. I got sick the first night after eating the rice there and also had realised the chicken I was eating was pink inside, so I pretty much avoided all chicken rice and fish as I didn’t want to risk getting sick again. HOWEVER! the snack bar and lunch was always amazing, the snack bar was our favourite part as they cook meals infront of you and it absolutely delicious, fresh chicken wraps, burgers etc with ice cream on tap whenever you want. There was also a Cypriot theme night at the restaurant which was lovely and was by far the best food they served the entirety of our stay at the hotel. *BEWARE OF THE DRESSCODE RULES!!* There was a guy in particular who didn’t seem to like my partner at all, he would constantly send him back to the hotel room to change his shoes or clothes or to button up his shirt despite the fact that same guy was letting other men into the dining room with Birkenstocks, flip flops and their shirts open. There was about 10 guys all wearing Birkenstocks and when my partner wore them he told him to go change his shoes? In MY OPINION I think he had some sort of issue with my partner being an English man and me being a Cypriot women so maybe he was jealous? He would constantly stare at me and my partner and purposely wouldn’t come to collect our plates because he didn’t like us. Either way he was the main reason why we didn’t go to dinner because he was being very rude. We had spoken to a few other hotel guests who had also gotten treated poorly by the same guy. All inclusive drinks: 5/10 Now if you are coming here to get absolutely smashed on the drinks then the cocktails are perfect for you! Unfortunately for me and my partner who aren’t drinkers we found the cocktails to be mostly alcohol than mixer which made me not have any drinks during my stay as I found them not that great. We have had better tasting cocktails at other hotels so they could definitely improve that. However the staff making the drinks were great with their fast services so you won’t wait long for drinks The Hotel Room: 9/10 Very clean and tidy room that seems to be recently renovated, lots of space for our clothes & shoes and enough draws for our other bits. Wished they didn’t have soap dispensers in the shower because once they run out they don’t refill them for you even when I asked reception for more, they said someone would refill it but they never did. The entertainment: 10/10 Firstly I want to say, Sarah if you’re reading this we had such an amazing time talking with you during our stay! Sarah was absolutely amazing, friendly and kindest person. Always dancing with the hotel guests and talking to all of us. Entertainment was always fun with different things going on, Amenities: Plenty of sunbeds however people seem to take them all at 8am, so make sure you’ve got your bed before then because most days they were all taken and we had to go to the beach. There’s a gym, however I wouldn’t do recommend going alone after a very scary encounter we had with someone in the gym room. It’s pretty much a small room next to some showers and bathrooms but it’s in the hotel basement. Over all me and my partner loved our holiday but we both agree that there was a lot of pros and cons about the hotel we didn’t think it warranted the amount of money we paid to stay here. In our opinion I’d say don’t do all Inclusive.
