It was a really good holiday specially the spa Eins the spa manager was really good at his job and so helpful 5 star The area was perfect for child and adults with the big pools and variations of food ! We will for sure come back again! We recommend this hotel

We have recently returned from this hotel as a family of 3 with a nearly two year old. Location wise, the hotel is in a great position directly opposite nissi beach. There is a couple of shops nearby including the hotel one which stocks all the usual souvenirs along with essentials for those that need them with little ones (such as baby suitable water, nappies, baby food etc). A 10 minute walk away there is the pharmacy and numerous other restaurants. The Hotel. We were in the main building with a family suite, basically this meant we had a main living room and bathroom with a separate bedroom. We requested a travel cot which was in the room set up (we did bring our own just in case). No problems at all with the air con in either rooms. The baby lounge in the main building was a great addition to enable people to warm up milk, wash bottles ( there is a microwave and sterilisers) and there was also soft play, cots and lots of toys. On checkout they gave us a 45 min time slot in a random bedroom for whenever we wanted so we could freshen up before our late transfer, I thought this was great and saved us paying late checkout fees. Restaurant was great, plenty of choice and considering we was there for 11 days it didn’t seem repetitive to us at all as there were different themed foods each day. Spiros who is the restaurant host is extremely helpful and our little boy loved him! The snack bar is a good option for food on the go (hot dogs, sandwiches, kebabs etc). Drinks were great too! Didn’t try either of the other a La carte restaurants but did hear similar experiences to other reviews. We spent most of our time around the kids splash pool which was fantastic for little ones. 2 separate pools, the bigger having slides, tipping bucket etc. lifeguards were always on the ball too. The pools in there were shallow enough our little boy could crawl in them. Sun beds…I was up and out at 8am and struggled to get two together with an umbrella for some shade. I don’t know how they combat it but you need to be an early riser to grab one! I’ve seen a few people moaning about the paper cups which I find strange, it’s listed as a sustainable hotel and just think people need to read before they book? I took a Starbucks cold cup in my suitcase and just asked them to put my drink in that at the pool bar, so would advise bringing a flask, reusable bottle etc Entertainment staff were great, and they put in an absolute shift, there all day and night! Emile and Elaine were especially great with our little one. Below are the pros and cons… Pros Family friendly (I personally wouldn’t stay if I didn’t have children) Location Swimming pool/splash pool for kids Playground for kids Entertainment for kids Food options Staff are really nice Baby lounge Cons Size of lifts is so small you can only get one family in there and the waiting time for lift because of this is so long Sun beds and reserving of them General TLC around the resort (you’d walk round the pool and there were empty wine glasses from the night before) Cleaning of rooms (sometimes towels/dirty glasses weren’t replaced and the sink wasn’t cleaned the entire stay) Overall, would say the hotel is a 4*, there are a few touches missing to make it a 5, however we had a great stay and would return.

We're coming to the end of our two week stay in this hotel as a family of 3, travelling with a 16 month old toddler. The hotel itself is clean and reasonably modern. Our bathroom had a shower over the bath which suited us for bathing the little one. We had a pool view family room with a ground floor balcony. Our balcony was mostly shaded and within ten paces of the main pool. We didn't have any noise issues but didn't use the balcony much with it not being fenced from the pool (nightmare with little ones) the room had a mini fridge that was stocked on arrival. No issues with the AC as some other reviews had mentioned. The pools, there are many they are all large and all vary in depth. There's a kids pool that's 0.45m and a splash pool with slides and a shallow section for babies at 0.25m. Our little one loved the slides and it was great this area is fenced. The slides in the baby section have seen better days and could do with a lick of paint. The entry into the quieter pool via a slope is boardline lethal. It is so slippy, we saw 2 people on our first day slip on their way into the pool, not an ideal entry for those with little ones or mobility/confidence issues in the water. Sunbeds. Well, all the reviews prepared us but it is a crazy situation. Our first day we woke late after a late arrival and were looking for beds around 10.30.. we got beds but it wasn't easy. From then on we put towels down in the evening before we went to bed, shaded spots were prime away from the main pool and being in tow with a toddler we needed the shade. Otherwise I think you'd need to be up laying a towel down before 7am! Food, the buffet is one of the best we have experienced and we have been to many resorts all inclusive. The food was a little repetitive but it was well cooked and tasty, the desserts in particular. Our little one always found something too with the kids section on every night. There's plenty of options for dietary requirements too, gluten free, dairy free, vegan and veggie sections. The restaurants are a different story. The green and grill is billed as the nicer of the restaurants with only one free visit as part of the AI, one visit was enough. There's no atmosphere, the staff were miserable, the food itself.. we had fillet steak which was cold and my husband's broccoli was long past edible and was so rock hard he couldn't use a fork to eat it. At €100 had we paid for the experience we vowed not to go again. The Taverna is not much better it is a preset menu with no provided substitute for allergies, my little one is dairy free. This caused us to cancel our booking alongside the negative reviews stating it was worse than the Green and Grill.. yikes! Nissi beach is a 10 minute walk across the road and there are a few trinket shops near by where we restocked on nappies and milk etc. Overall the hotel and our holiday were the relaxing experience we hoped for with our little one with lots of toddler friendly activities throughout the day and evening entertainment. However, the restaurants really let the experience down and it would have been a very different review had the buffet not been the saviour.

The hotel was nice, fairly clean good range of food but where they really excelled was their staff. Especially our experience with the staff at the spa and Anna from housekeeping. The spa is very clean, relaxing and inviting but what makes it exceptional is Eins. Eins greeted us and very patiently explained to us about the different massages they had and helped us pick the best ones to suit our needs and made sure we enjoyed after each massage. The service and professionalism he has is 10/10 and made our visit to the resort memorable. Housekeeping was very friendly as well especially Anna, who always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in our stay in the room. The service they gave us and how welcomed they made us feel would have me recommend this hotel to others and even come back myself!
