Had the best service at the beach bar , Anabel is amazing and very good at her job . She makes the best mojitos and pina coladas and she’s always smiling . It’s very refreshing seeing someone that loves her job as much as she does . Highly recommend this resort

“Recommend hotel, warm and friendly”

The staff are very nice and happy the bar tenderS everyone is very helpful and we love it. It wiuld be an idea to provide the option to rent a bicycle to explore the area in an environmental friendly manner. The overall facilities are very good. Highly Recommended, well be back

“A little piece of heaven”

This is my second time to this resort - but have been to Cuba many times for the wonderful weather, to relax on beaches, read, participate in activities and to visit with the locals. This resort is located on a beautiful beach (a tiny piece of heaven where you can snorkel right off the beach safely), there is fishing off a coral reef (my husband brought his fishing pole and happily fished most early mornings with a local fisherman)... We both were there when the fisherman landed and successfully reeled in a big beautiful fish. The entertain is WONDERFUL and staff is amazing. The rooms where nice (but didn't spend too much time in other to quickly change and sleep). Special shout out to entertainers ***Maikol, DJ Jamie, Norlen, Mota and the rest of the crew who hosted daily stretching, volleyball, dance lessons, water activities in the pool and ocean (what a pleasure to meet such wonderful human beings). My family of 3 had no problem finding food to eat (lots of choices - never went hungry and we never got sick - so thank you! small tip - bring Ketchup packs and Mini Peanut Butters) The drinks were flowing and again never went without. The iced frappuccino in the Cohiba bar where so delightful! We did venture into town with a classic car for a lobster super at "La fiesta del Carbon" - it was delicious, as well as a night out to the AMAZING Beatles bar (go after 8:30 in the evening to experience the full effects) - fun filled evening of outdoor Rock and Roll/Alternative mix music - the Band was truly so fantastic and talented (I never expected such a fun night out). Cuba is an amazing place to visit for a low price (in comparison to Mexico, Dominican, Jamaica and other hot spot locations) - Tipping advise: Money in USD and CAN is always appreciated! However with the local power outages being such a strong issue right now (*** Please note tourist locations have a TON of power NO outages on the resorts the outages only effect the towns outside the main strip - SO again no problem for tourist***) - Batteries/rechargeable, flashlights, Bug spray, Sunscreen, Clothing/Shoes, Ladies personal care items, Spices, Snacks, Candies/Chocolate, Food etc are always a great present to leave/give someone. So if you are thinking of taking your family, to CUBA - I would as I don't think you can beat the price and this resort was worth every penny we spend.

“ENTERTAINMENT TEAM WONDERFUL”

I like the hotel because the entertainment is so funny It was not boring i was happy and lots of fun and drinks were the best we're Ramses his energy and lots of charisma and Chang great for personality very nice guys we will be back next year to see the entertainment team at this hotel
