This was my frist time staying at this hotel. My husband is cuban and still lives in cuba we were celebrating our anniversary 8 years together and 3 years married we had some issues with our card key not working properly they came within an hour and changed our key card reader and it worked after that our air conditioner was dripping and was not that cold the guys that came to fix it did a great job our room was big and clean our house keepers were great we were in block 100 room 121 the food was ok I always found something to eat the wait staff in buffet were great the only complaint was my husband said the gym was not good he works out every day for 2 hours 1 machine was broken and the weights need to be heavier i would definitely come back the pool area was great the bartenders were fantastic loved the beach

This was my first time at roc and it will not be my last. Right from check to arriving at our room the staff was very helpful and very eager to please. The pool area was amazing and loved how easy it was to get a snack very close to the pool. The rooms were cleaned to perfection each and every day… more

This was my first time at roc and it will not be my last. Right from check to arriving at our room the staff was very helpful and very eager to please. The pool area was amazing and loved how easy it was to get a snack very close to the pool. The rooms were cleaned to perfection each and every day. The Canadian party was a highlight for me. The food was great and I loved how visible the managers were each and every day. My only complaint is how quick my seven day stay was over cannot wait to return I think I have found my new Cuban home

My experience here at Roc Arenas Doradas has been pleasant , and more importantly for me .... relaxing. I enjoy all the employees, they are very courteous and helpful. They always have smiles and great you with pleasantries . There are many activities to participate in , as well as a pleasant pool area and beautiful beach area . The resort offers free shuttles 4 times each day into , and around Varados. The drivers are also pleasant and informative .The receptionist and front desk attendants were very helpful with the few questions I had . All in all I have had a very enjoyable experience
