We arrived late on a Saturday. We thought we would not have anything to eat but they have such a lovely 24 hour snack bar. Johan was fabulous making our first meal and drinks. Mabay at the beach bar was so friendly and Dariel and Brenda from the animation team were friendly and energetic and made the stay amazing. The food is repetitive but expected salary m Cuba but always warm and tasty. Everything was clean and the beach amazing of course. And the pool so clean. Many trips to Cuba and I always enjoy.

“Best vacation ever!”

This was one of my absolute favourite vacations. The entertainment staff were phenomenal and so friendly. Carlos, Darien Yony, and Mario were amazing! Thank you all so much. I highly recommend this paradise spot! The food was way better thank expected!

This place was way above my expectations. The food was delicious, room was great. Carlos the entertainer was absolutely amazing he was great friendly and funny. Dariel, Kevin,laudi, Mario and Yony were fantastic and super friendly we will definitely be back.

We had an amazing experience at the Paradisus Princesa Del Mar. Upon arrival we were greeted by Alejandro at the front desk. He is very friendly, helpful and speaks English well. We had an amazing experience at the Paradisus Princesa Del Mar. Upon arrival we were greeted by Alejandro at the front desk. He is very friendly, helpful and speaks English well. The bellboys made sure to take you to your room and make sure we were looked after. The rooms were exceptionally clean. And I was very delighted to have umbrellas in our room. It came in handy for a few hours one day. The bell boys made sure to check on us a few days after arriving to make sure our vacation was going well and if there was anything we needed. The grounds have lots of stuff and it was well kept and clean. They always had little souvenirs ( flowers and grasshopper) made for the guest. There was no shortage of food at the buffet. There was a wide variety from chicken to pork chops and turkey. Lots of fruit and vegetables and pastas. The pastry were delicious. The 24 hour bar had lots of different options for snacks. And there were French fries!! The spa is a must. The prices are very reasonable and well worth every penny. The beach was beautiful and very clean! Every morning we were greeted by Ciro and he made sure we had the best spot on the beach. He was always smiling and a joy to talk to. The best drinks are at the beach bar. Maday and Ricardo make the most delicious drinks! They are always happy to see everyone. The best part of our vacation was the events. Carlos is very enthusiastic about his job. He is very friendly and made effort to get to know us. He made sure to get all the guest included in the activities that were going on. Even morning we looked forward to stretching on the beach before beach volleyball. We had so much fun and lots of laughs. We can’t leave out so of the other event staff as well. Marialys and Kevin and the others unfortunately I can’t remember their names were the best!!!! Lots of tennis and pool golf were played with them. The only thing I have a complaint about would be the drinks at the 24 hour and pool bar were not the best. I found them REALLY strong. To the point that you couldn’t enjoy them. Also, not a fan of the beer that was left in the rooms. There was also one day there seemed to be a corporate meeting and people occupied the whole lobby. There limited place for some of the guests to sit. And it felt very uncomfortable, almost as if we were intruding on their meeting. Over all it was a fantastic experience. This was our second trip to this resort and we look forward to going back next year.
