My y 5th time at this resort and another great experience. Melissa and Jany at Reception always go above and beyond to ensure we have the best start to our vacation. None of our request are ever any trouble for them. They do their best to accommodate all our needs and want. The Bell Boys (Ray and many others) are always very helpful getting getting us to our rooms and make sure everything is in working order. Managers Carlos, Dariel and Walter always speak with me to ensure everything is ok with my stay. The Entertainment Team is amazing!!! (Jean, Christian, Karmen, Ramses, Yuti, Elio, Yamika, Cristhian) one of the main reason I keep returning to this resort! They are on the beach every morning playing volleyball, zumba, water exercises, and dance lesson. In the afternoon they move to the pool and the theater or lobby in the evening. This team has so much energy and you can see that they love their jobs. We love spending time with them! Yenis the house keeper also goes above and beyond, the room is cleaned every day with clean towels and extra water. The food is good, you will not starve. Michael at the 24 hour snack bar is great, he prepares snacks for us that we bring from home. Nithing is any trouble for him. There is options for everyone. The A la Cartes are great With it being my 5th time to this resort I notice things that are being done. In the last year and a half this resort has replaced lounge chairs at the pool, replaced lighting along the paths, replaced garbage containers and added more benches along the walkways. Sime of the buildings are undergoing renovations. It is nice to see these little improvements each time we come. It is definitely the amazing staff this hotel has that keeps me coming back!

Live life at Meliá Memorable vacations in this beautiful facility, full of wonderful staff and great human quality. Food and drinks of excellent quality and varieties to personal taste, in particular the pastas and sauces are very good, the man in charge is a great pasta specialist 💯👌🏼🍝. You can never miss the delicious Cuban rum, always present and the delicious mojito which is tradition in this beautiful country🥃. The beach that can be said to be the best in the world. This place is incredible with views that make you remember the beauty of life. Awakening with the sea breeze and looking lost at the horizon with a delicious coffee cube the best you can experience served by Vivi the best, varied options both in the hotel and outside in Varadero, Delfinario, a beautiful marina to do different activities. The resort staff is truly very friendly, especially at the buffet where we ate every afternoon, and the salespeople provided us with all the information for our enjoyment, always attentive to us. A hug for everyone, especially Irmarys 😍we will be back soon 👌🏼
