“Great experience”
Beautiful,clean, comfortable and safe.I am really happy with the customer service that I received from Quintana.Always greeted with a smile.He explain me everything clearly and gave me all the options that I can choose.Breakfast buffet was excellent, everything was excellent 👌 l recommend it 100 %.

“Level Reception at Melia Las Americas”
The Level reception / concierge staff Luis, Tanya and Etianne were amazing in helping with trouble I had with compromised credit cards, tour of the property, making restaurant bookings, taxis for travel to Varadero and Havana. The room, food, people and service here are all 5 star!

“Animation Amazing”
A unique experience, the views are wonderful and the sunsets on the hotel terrace are wonderful, the animation is fantastic and entertaining with professional entertainers, but the best is its white night with luxury artists, the entertainers are super professional and empathetic. We will return
