On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Our second home”
We had a great time in Mar del Sur .This is our 5th time and we will come back for sure ,it has become our second home. We had a great time in Mar del Sur .This is our 5th time and we will come back for sure ,it has become our second home. The staff is so nice and professional .We received a great service at the buffet ,the food was really good and everything so well organized .The location and all the facilities around ,right at the center of downtown ,make of it a priveleged hotel Animation was outstanding,the shows by Randy and Yunior definitely are the best.We want to thank this wonderful team .

“A perfect vacations”
This is a great hotel, I had low expectations but I received a huge surprise. They are two stars, but the service is really great, the rooms, the food and drinks, and we know they work really hard to please their clients. The Entertainment is fantastic!!
