Best hotel i’ve ever stayed at! The food is great as well as the drinks. The workers make you feel like family while you’re there. The beach is beautiful. I’d recommend to families or people without kids as the hotel is very accommodating to both. There’s lots of entertainment throughout the whole day, which is great!

“Amazing experience ”

5/5 . I loved eveything about the place. Everyone should come here The beach was so nice. Julio, Daylin, Wendy, kenia, mayelin were amazing. The prices are good and I encourage everyone to come. Food is too much and we happily got fat eating all the delicious food

I went there between Dec3-Dec10 2024. Pros: -Beach!. When i select a sunny place the beach is top priority. Ib Tainos has a great beach! with white sand and lots of room. It is also a long strip. I went there between Dec3-Dec10 2024. Pros: -Beach!. When i select a sunny place the beach is top priority. Ib Tainos has a great beach! with white sand and lots of room. It is also a long strip. I went to check Ib Laguna Azul and Ib Playa Alameda and the beaches were smaller. -Workers. Most of them are friendly and are trying to help. Jeania from customer serivce is the best, she will help with any arrangements and questions. Cons: -Food. I stayed at Ib Bella vista 3 years ago and food was better. At Tainos I ate a sweet cookie of some kind and ended up with body rush which i still have it and am treating it with antihistamine as i write this. Lack of fruits and vegetables. I missed cucumbers, they only had them 1 day in 7 days. They had cabbage and lettuce and some pumpkin. No fresh cucumbers, bell peppers, broccoli, or tomatoes. As for fruits, we had bananas only one day, and the rest we had papayas, pineapple, and guava, just those. -One worker, darker skin, at the coffee bar in the lobby who worked on Dec5 in the morning was very slow. I waited 10 min for my coffee in line with other people. When my term came he served someone else who just came from another side. That is not polite. Coffee is also very bad. I went across the hotel at the coffee house and had a good coffee there. I also went to Laguna azul and had a coffee there and was good. In conclusion: Hotel grounds are nice, with lots of vegetation, beach is one of the best, workers are helpful, the food is repetitive and not much variety. Pizza was the best food for me there and not because i eat junk food, i am used to eat lots of veggies and fruits and was just not enough of variety there. And yes, they had eggs, I was reding reviews that they did not have them.

This was our first experience in visiting Cuba and Varadero. The Iberostar Tainos is a decent resort that I would rate at about a 3.5 A lot but not all of the staff are friendly, the resort is kept very nice, the evening entertainment is very good. The dancers are amazingly talented! Our room was definitely in need of repair and is showing wear and tear. You will need to lower your expectations of food as the Cubans are quite limited to what they can get. The kitchen area of this resort definitely could be cleaner. George at the beach bar is awesome! The beaches in Varadero are spectacular, If you keep your expectations a little lower, you can’t beat the price!
