We have been here since Friday and we are very impressed with hotel service. The gardens and beach are wonderful but the best is the staff. Everybody is kind and friendly, they make you feel at home. We had a wonderful dinner in the Cuban restaurant, thanks to Yanelis. We also enjoy Mabel coffees, the lovely bar with the jacuzzi where Yeni made delicious piña colada and the lovely cocktails that Mercedes and Leisy prepared at the Lobby Bar. We will come back cause the price is good and the staff amazing.

“Relaxed time away!”

I arrived at night was giving my room fast met TANIA a very nice and professional lady at the reception, nice smile and warm welcome, my room was beautiful, clean, two tvs clean bathroom comfortable bed, food was very good, not much deserts but they had ice cream, the beach was very clean nice sitting areas nice DJ and no rocks in the beach, I did not like the pool at all tho! Overall I’ll recommend this hotel if you just want to get away from daily routine and just have a nice cold drink by the beach!!

“Nice, relaxing stay”

With all the shortages in Cuba, you can’t expect much for food or drinks. Considering that, I didn’t starve, always found something to eat and went off the resort twice to eat. With all the shortages in Cuba, you can’t expect much for food or drinks. Considering that, I didn’t starve, always found something to eat and went off the resort twice to eat. They only had beer and rum, no vodka. Room was very nice and spacious. Beach was fantastic except for the windy days which is Mother Nature’s fault, not the resort. Entertainment and animation people were great. Yoan was always dancing and trying to get people up to dance and teach them, no matter how bad they were. It was lots of fun. We saw 2 really good dance groups at the nightly shows. Staff and service were amazing. Wifi worked in the lobby and by the pool, it would work on the sidewalk in front of my room, but not in the room, or at the beach. Getting towels was an issue for the first 2 days. I suggest you dry your beach towel on the balcony because they might not be able to exchange it the next day. It was approximately a 25-30 minute walk to Calle 62 from the resort or a short cab ride. Cabs were always readily available and were usually $10USD or $15CAD to go to the Calle 62 area. I would definitely return.

“Improve was made in the animation ”

Everything was great, we had a good time. The beach was nice, the ocean was hot and the drinks were good. A special mention to Yoan in the animation team who made us pass a wonderfull time. He wasnt there last time we came, but definitly the best had to the team. Surely we will come again
