“Amazing experience”

Incredible hotel Despite the economic hardships cuba is facing, the food was good, the entertainment was spectacular. Particularly Gaby from the kids club was Incredible helpful with our 3 kids. We all had a blast. Highly recommend !!!!!

I really liked this hotel and would definitely repeat the experience. What I liked most was the entertainment, without a doubt, the morning activities on the beach and in the afternoon at the pool. The evening shows were spectacular. I would like to mention the entertainer Daniel, I loved his way of presenting and saying goodbye, without a doubt that gives life to the show.

“Bad experience at this hotel”

It was the worst experience we had at this resort. First thing the rooms had high bath tub climbing in and out was terrible. Four and half star resort had no towels we did not get clean towels every day sometimes they gave us beach towels, rooms were not cleaned everyday even beds were not made. We… more

It was the worst experience we had at this resort. First thing the rooms had high bath tub climbing in and out was terrible. Four and half star resort had no towels we did not get clean towels every day sometimes they gave us beach towels, rooms were not cleaned everyday even beds were not made. We did not have remote control went twice to front desk they said someone will bring it but nothing and we gave up. Bed sheets were not very clean. Now dining area first time I have seen that did not have tablespoon or teaspoons in dining rooms. Apart from that the hotel areas were kept clean the staff were friendly. Food was not that great. But one could survive. The first room they gave us it was not made up see the picture.
