“Neat, clean, value for money, but small bathrooms & many stairs.”

Hotel was neat & clean, value for money, although busy. Our room cleaner, Maria, was kind & efficient. Restaurant had a wide variety of foods, & superb view of magical Adriatic Sea. “Fair enough”

For the price what we paid it was fair what we got. Too many stairs, no elevator. The food was nice. It’s a bit confusing when you arrive near the hotel there are two standing near each other. So at first we ended up in the wrong hotel. Parking space, the one near the hotel always full, so you have to leave your car in the further one. And you have to pay for it. In the reception they taking your passports for few hours when checking in, which we didint liked. I’ve paid more for the sea view room, the view was fair. I was expecting a bigger swimming pool are, as it looks in the hotel pictures. But it was a bit disappointing. Overal 3 stars for the hotel. Big + as it was quite clean hotel. Not too crowded. Wasn’t happy with the shower, a bit dated.

“Good food but not good if you have mobility issues or heavy toddlers to carry. ”

Ourselves and another family have stayed for 2 weeks with 2 two year olds. Although the hotel does state there's lots of steps there are parts of the hotel that do have lift access or lower floors and we were up on the second floor when you have to climb about a mountain to get to the hotel recep... more

Ourselves and another family have stayed for 2 weeks with 2 two year olds. Although the hotel does state there's lots of steps there are parts of the hotel that do have lift access or lower floors and we were up on the second floor when you have to climb about a mountain to get to the hotel reception. I don't understand why there aren't more ramps. Our arms and backs are killing us from two weeks lugging pushchairs up countless stairs and carrying all our luggage and children up and down three large flights of stairs. Even going to the pool there are big steps when a ramp could have easily been installed. The bedroom was mostly comfortable but the shower room was the smallest I've ever seen and trying to negotiate a screaming toddler over a toilet, almost dislocating a hip in a tiny, dark shower was a daily torture. For that reason alone we wouldn't return. The hotel also charges €3 a day for a fridge, and as our baby srl drinks bottles of milk we had to buy but it was tiny and not very good and pretty filthy. NOT worth the money and I feel ripped off. A positive for the hotel is the pool is very clean but not heated so it was quite cold even in the height of summer. The food was very good though and we can't really fault it. They have a huge selection of fresh fruit with dinner but not as much in the morning and no Bananas in the morning which was annoying as its one of the few foods my daughter will eat. We also had a sandwich and cake at lunch which was a nice touch and the cakes are very good. The hotel had live singers a few nights and they were good and the group of hotels put on outdoor cinema and a lion King and rock show, which were very good. It was also very easy to get the land train into porec, which we did a few times. I would recommend this hotel to couples with no mobility issues or heavy children to carry.

“Just better than okay”

Stayed in the middle of August weather was fantastic and even though the hotel was busy it never felt crowded. Stayed in the middle of August weather was fantastic and even though the hotel was busy it never felt crowded. Located up a steep load of steps next to the sea, no beaches but plenty of areas to go in to swim. Staff in the hotel were good, no issues with them at all and the place was always clean. Pool area was small but never over busy when we used it,but that was mainly late afternoon. My biggest issues were meal times and location. Personally I found the food bland and extremely repetitive, but others with me found it okay. What wasn't acceptable was in my opinion the lack of staff in the restaurant. Going down in the evening and having to roam around looking for an empty table and then finding them still dirty with used plates etc on doesn't make a great start to a dinner. The staff that are there do a great job, there is simply not enough of them to cope, being 5 in our party it was also a struggle to find a table as most tables are set up for four and everyday there were tables set up for larger parties taken up by two or three people, it may be an idea for people to be sat to stop this issue. The hotel is located in an area of other hotels,it is unfortunately a tourist trap. I found things in the supermarket to be extortionate, a pound for a bottle of water is really not acceptable and things like pedalo hire and the local water park are extremely overpriced. We walked to Porec old town one day along the coastal path and I walked for five miles in the opposite direction on another day and there is nothing but sea and hotels. If your hoping to see Croatia then you won't do it here. If hotels and the sea is all you want from a holiday and I know that's what some do then this would be fantastic, but it just wasn't for me. Oh and steps, from the street to our room there were 197 of them.Only holiday I've been on I lost weight :-).

It's a ok hotel.. you have good things and bad. It's a ok hotel.. you have good things and bad. We stayed in b 126 and had lovely views the room is a ok size but the bathroom is incredibly small( you have to put your leg over the toilet to step out of the shower) shower size is tiny.. I found it right and I'm only 5 foot. Food wise we ended up eating more out than in as the food was the same every night (10 days) pork,chicken,fish every night and every morning is mostly food that include eggs,if you are allergic you are screwed. We had the cleaning lady enter our room 3 times without knocking at 9 am!! The terrace has no music,no life. Location in the resort is good.. you have loads of stairs and Its definitely not a hotel for people that have to carry buggys or for people with disability problems as there is no lift and loads of stairs. The resort is nice,clean,quiet. Its lovely for people over 40 for people unde 40 if u want a night life or anything like that this is not the place for you aa everything is dead by 12 including bars
