On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Spacious apartment with the most stunning view”
Spacious and comfortable studio apartment central to the Riva main front of the stunning Makarska. Clean and, although a bit dated, all you need. Excellent air con (needed!). We stayed in a sea facing studio with the most spectacular view!

My husband and I spent the night in this hotel. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Wonderful stay here. The views from the good sized balcony over the harbour, mountains and town were absolutely superb (top floor apartment). Wonderful stay here. The views from the good sized balcony over the harbour, mountains and town were absolutely superb (top floor apartment). The apartment itself was a good size and kept wonderfully clean by our friendly and efficient cleaner. The apartment and its furnishings are a little dated, but that didn’t detract from a fabulous stay. Normally with a self catering apartment you have to provide things like toilets rolls, tea towels, washing up liquid, etc, yourself, but this was all provided. Apartment cleaned to a high standard every day with fresh towels which, again, is unusual for a self catering apartment. We absolutely loved staying here and will be back!!
