We stayed at This hotel for a week whilst visiting Dubrovnik for a wedding and holiday. Hotel - rooms were clean, decor was great, bed super comfy, sheets, towels and robes all changed daily. We stayed in the superior double with sea view and it did not disappoint, the view from the large patio doors and balcony was amazing. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were available but no more milk provided after the 1st use. Mini bar available and prices were reasonable. Full length mirror, vanity, hair dryer all in the rooms and iron provided when requested. The weather wasn’t great in the first day so the use of the indoor pool, saunas, beds and spa was very much appreciated! There is also 3 pools outside some at adjoining hotels that you can freely use and our favourite was the rooftop pool and bar area. Food- we arrived late the first day and food was served until 2300 including room service which was perfect! Pizzas, Burgers, wraps, sandwiches all not over priced for Dubrovnik. There were other restaurants on the complex which all looked lovely. I easy to pay by card or charge to the room. Cocktails, Mocktails, alcoholic beverages all enjoyed in the bar “on the rocks” day or night overlook the sea and at the right time a beautiful sunset. Breakfast was buffet style and the omelet station was the best! But Always at least a 10-15 minute wait as only 2 chefs on this station. Coffee was good, cooked breakfast there but limited. Something for everyone including gluten and lactose free stations. Location - 10 minute uber to old town which costa about €6 to €12 depending on the time. Lovely walk to Lapad where there are restaurants and bars. We were told about the bus which stops right by the hotel but always used a taxi for ease. Lastly this hotel is only 35 mins from the airport costing about €30 in an Uber. Honestly couldn’t ask for any more and we would absolutely stay again.

“Hotel was posh and comfortable. Nice walk by the sea front and back of hotel. Staff very friendly. I will go back.”

Arrived at the hotel and we were met by a young man, who took our cases to our room wants we checked in. The view from the reception nigh glass window was beautiful. I asked at reception if we could have a sea view. And we hor a great view. Rooms were perfect, and breakfast was same.

Overall, we had a great time, the hotel and room was spotless, beds comfy, massage in spa, views magnificent. Lovely location and pedestrian walkway was great down to Lapad. Close to bus stop for Old Twon and city walls. The 4 star rating is due to the food which was mediocre, with the exception of the Zoe Restaurant which was excellent. The service at the On the Rocks was very slow and guests often had to go up to bar despite large sign saying table service. Reception staff were surly, not many smiles or warm welcome, surprised given 4* rating.

Stunning hotel, staff are extremely friendly. The views over the adriatic are spectacular and the stroll along the promenade is beautiful. Stunning hotel, staff are extremely friendly. The views over the adriatic are spectacular and the stroll along the promenade is beautiful. The food in the cocktail bar (and the drinks) was amazing and good value. Breakfast in the buffet was very good too. The pools were lovely, relaxing and a wonderful way to unwind after a lot of walking around Dubrovnik. The rooms are very smart, spacious with everything we needed. The reason for a 4 star and not 5 though is the walls are thin! We could hear the neighbours chatting, and when they went out at 5am on their trip, the banging of the door was like thunder. Otherwise a near perfect stay!
