On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

Normally I write a review at the end of our stay but only half way through our holiday myself and my husband and honestly cannot rate this hotel enough. We arrived 2 and bit hours late , just after midnight but the reception staff were extremely welcoming , friendly and helpful. We were the lucky ones and got an upgraded room to a superior double with ocean view and wow the room , amenities and the view were definitely beyond a 4 star hotel . Fridge filled with cold drinks , kettle and various teas and coffees , super king bed ,all toiletries, towels , flannels even a hair dryer full sky TV and all high quality. All the staff from hotel reception, shop staff, bar staff and tui onsite staff are one of the most helpful and friendly staff I ever experienced and all will have a Friday chat and smiles when you see them . Now the food .. hats off to the chef and the catering staff , the food is phenomenal especially for buffet style. You'd think you were in a top class restaurant with So much variety and we'll just can't explain how good it is but you don't want to stop eating. Would 1000% recommend this hotel and will be coming back .

Room was spacious as was the bath but missed having a magnifying mirror and the soap dispenser in the shower was broken. No padding under carpet but the view was lovely and we enjoyed having a nice balcony overlooking the water and pool. In spite of the few issues mentioned above, the room/hotel was lovey and we had more than ample storage/closet space. Had a nice breakfast buffet with indoor/outdoor dining. There were several inviting areas to have cocktails. We were able to walk to many restaurants. According to one of our taxi drivers this is one of the nicest areas of the city but not walking distance to the Old City/city wall.

Don't go if you want the hilton standards but if you are on budget stay here and spend your spare cash on the many interesting places to visit.

Great location at Lapad Bay, right across the road from the water. Our group had two triple rooms on second floor and a twin room on third floor which also had a balcony. Be aware, there is no lift in this hotel. The hotel is great value for money and a great choice for a budget stay in otherwise very expensive Dubrovnik. We found all of our rooms to be very clean, good linen & comfortable beds & pillows. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Our stay included buffet breakfast (7-10am) which is served in a restaurant across the road on the water side. Not a huge range of breakfast options available, but definately enough choice to still have a hardy breakfast each morning. If you have early departure, there is an option to go for breakfast earlier. Under the Hotel Adriatic (at street level) is a kiosk with small range of supplies and a tour company. The tour place has a good range of tours of Dubrovnik, his prices were comparable to others. The hotel is ideally situated on the bus route, number 4 bus takes you to Pile Gate in Old Town. You can purchase bus tickets from the kiosk under the Hotel for 12kuna or from the tour place or on the bus for 15kuna.

This hotel is situated in a great location (Lapad) that has great amenities all around and within easy walking distance. Some good bars that offer happy hour and you can have a large beer for 20 Kuna -cheapest I could find. The hotel itself is on a hill and the rooms are rather dated. There are no tea/coffee making facilities which is a shame. We had a double room (second floor) and had to push the beds together. The room was cleaned daily by a lovely maid who was always chatty and friendly. The meals where eaten at the restaurant across the road and were all buffet style. This was plentiful but not always hot and the biggest issue was at the evening meal you had to pay for water.
