A beautiful resort! We loved our week here! We arrived and enjoyed a wonderful greeting with a cool hibiscus beverage to enjoy while checking in. Our luggage was taken up to our room, and our room was exactly as we imagined. The bed was very comfy, and the room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the breakfast! It was delicious as was all the food! It was hard to decide whether to eat at the hotel or venture out and find something new! The two-for-one happy hour was fun! The pool was pristine. We also loved enjoying the balcony after our activities every day before going out for the evening. Taking the bus to the beach was very easy. Great restaurants within walking distance. And the hotel is very helpful in getting you a cab to places further way like Playa Biesanz or dinner at Ronny’s Place. Speaking of the staff, they were amazing! The friendly staff made our stay so memorable. We will cherish our time at The Falls!

We had a fabulous 5-night stay at the Falls Resort. My wife and I stayed in Casita #6, and my daughter and her husband in Room #8. The accommodations were great and housekeeping was thorough and friendly. We elected not to have our linens and towels changed daily, but items were re-stocked and trash removed daily. The grounds were beautiful and lush, with a vast array of flora and wildlife. The groundskeeper (didn't get his name) was friendly and courteous and kept the property meticulously clean. Breakfast was delicious and the bar drinks amazing. That said, what made our stay truly unforgettable was the staff. We really felt like part of a family rather than guests. Everybody was so very friendly, attentive, courteous, and accommodating. Emily, Yami, and Johansy at the reception were full of smiles, welcomes, and great advice and directions when we needed them. Lizzy, Monica, Daniela, Pepe, and Alexandro at the restaurant and bar (Medusa) were so happy and friendly every time we saw them. We enjoyed our conversations with them all. The owners of the resort are extremely fortunate to have such wonderful individuals on their team. We highly recommend the Falls for a totally satisfying experience in Costa Rica.

Three staff members, Pepe, Monica and Lizeth, went over and above making sure we were satified. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel The Falls Manuel Antonio. We had a deluxe room with garden view which was spacious and comfortable. The garden added a lovely atmosphere to the Medusa restaurant where breakfast was included. We loved watching an agouti wander around in the garden of the hotel, very casual and at home. Staff were friendly and helpful. Returning from the beach does involve a strenuous walk up a steep hill if you're not driving, but that's true of many properties in Manuel Antonio. But the main reason I want to give five stars to The Falls is because when we tried to start our rental car on our way to meet the 11:30 boat to Drake Bay from Sierpe, the battery in our rental car was dead as a doornail. In a panic, we went to the front desk of the hotel to explain our predicament and the staff very confidently pulled out a mobile boosting pack which had us boosted and on our way in under 10 minutes. These guys are prepared for every emergency, it seems. We're now huge fans!

Lovely location. It doesn't look like much on the outside on a main road, but once you pass the reception desk to the open back of the space---WOW! Set amidst a jungle-y pocket teeming with birds, monkeys, and pretty pathways , the king rooms are nice and beds are super comfy. There could be a bit of touch up maintenance (loose shower valve, some bumps and nicks on the furniture) but nothing that compromises the clean and spacious room. The restaurant has pleasant waiters and the food was good. We really liked the local Guara sours. The pool is clean, cool and has a great "infinity" view of so much greenery...we even had a troup of 10 squirrel monkeys visit, drink from the pool and make off with my cocktail lime. The clientele was a mix of nationalities and everyone was friendly and chatty, if you wanted to engage. A very nice stay.
