“This was a beautiful resort and was always clean.”
We had a great friend group experience. It was a birthday celebration and the staff was so accommodating. My kudos to Monica the restaurant manager for helping us with group accommodations. “First time at a RIU resort”
Traveled with 3 other couples who have been to RIU resorts before. This was out first time at a RIU resort. Overall, was satisfied with overall experience and value. While some small hiccups with our room, they were eventually attended to.

“Average”
Facility is nice, the food was okay and service ok for the most part ( had some poor service at dinner). I didn’t care for the mold in every pool and I found underwear in the closet when we arrived and the minibar sodas were opened and used, clearly not cleaned properly before we arrived
