“Beautiful stay in authentic hacienda from yesteryear.”
We used this little oasis for a base while touring the coffee region. The hotel manager, Antonio, was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. “Not proper experience in terms of cost/benefit”
For a boutique hotel, very pricey as this is, the service is terribly poor!! I was recently there 3 nights, for a wedding (on premise)… every morning at breakfast we had to wait for hours to get served; poor choices, and at the end we had to get 𝙗𝙮 with whatever they ended up bringing.
