We had a great stay at Charlee hotel. The staff went above and beyond to show us a great time and make sure we enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel provides happy hour at 7pm which is a fun perk. A particular shoutout to Javier with his big smile and his roving mini bar around the rooms in the afternoon, and Fredy at the bar who is super kind and great conversationalist who takes joy in attending to the guests. The hotel rooms have a very slick decor and the hotel location is in the middle of the area’s hottest night time scene. Of note U will hear the street clubs loud music from your hotel room which echoes throughout this particular area of the city; something to keep in mind

From the moment we arrived at The Charlee Hotel in Medellín, we were blown away by the incredible service and attention to detail. This hotel goes above and beyond to make your stay special, and every member of the staff made us feel like VIPs. A huge shoutout to George and Yuliana from concierge, who went out of their way to ensure our trip was seamless. They helped us arrange taxis, secure last-minute reservations at the best restaurants, and even assisted with lost items. Their dedication and hospitality were truly unmatched! The service at the restaurant was equally impressive. By day two, the staff already knew our order, making each meal feel personalized and effortless. It’s the little touches like this that set The Charlee apart. We can’t say enough good things about Santiago, the bellhop. He greeted us every day with a warm smile, provided fantastic recommendations for daily activities and meals, and even went to the money exchange multiple times for us. His kindness and local insights made our trip even more enjoyable. The rooftop bar is an absolute must-visit—such a great vibe with amazing views of the city, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The rooms are massive, even the standard ones, with a spacious seating area and a sliding glass door that adds extra soundproofing. The hotel’s location in El Poblado is ideal—close to everything while still feeling secure and peaceful, thanks to their heightened security measures. If you’re visiting Medellín, The Charlee is THE place to stay. The staff, the location, the rooms, and the overall experience are nothing short of exceptional. We can’t wait to come back!

Really enjoyed our stay at The Charlee. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the bed was super comfortable. Best part of each day was the morning breakfast downstairs. It was so delicious and fresh. It’s worth visiting the restaurant just for breakfast if you’re not staying. The location is right in the middle of the action so it does get loud and busy. They provide earplugs and have constant security out front so you’re safe but a heads up in case you don’t want to be in the middle of it all.

“Medellin with friends”
Had a great experience on an adult vacation with friends. The concierge Yuliana and George were extremely helpful before and during our stay. Great room and gym experience. Breakfast was included and was also great. Lots to do within walking distance. Safe neighborhood.
