This hotel is well worth its 5 stars. It is a large hotel on the beach and in a well-kept garden. Rooms are spacious and clean and even equipped with ironing boards. There are several restaurants and even a food truck by the pool. There are 2 large swimming pools. One with entertainment and music and one for rest lovers. We were in building 3 which was by the quiet pool. We have stayed in all-inclusive hotels before but never had such a wide choice of food and drinks. And also the quality is very good and every night there is a different theme in the buffet restaurant making it very varied. The only thing is that it's very hot, but mostly too noisy. They should really do something about that. There are also several a la carte restaurants where you can make reservations during your stay (not unlimited). For us, the French restaurant stood out. Alcoholic drinks are from well-known brands. There is also a very large gym on site. Only pity there was that it is too hot there which made exercising unbearable for us. Most guests speak Portuguese or Spanish which makes verbal and written communication difficult if you don't master it. Finally, the staff is so incredibly friendly that you really feel like a special guest. Compliments!

We had the best time at this resort on our first trip to Brazil. All staff members went out of their way to provide a wonderful stay. We felt like we were at home with family. We definitely want to return knowing more Portuguese. Margarita (a native Spanish) was able to communicate effectively. This Iberostar resort had different levels of accommodations. I would say that one side provided a lively upbeat pool party atmosphere while our favorite Club side was more quiet and relaxed for a more mature crowd. In The Club, Abreu, Alexandra, Wil, Joanie, and Roberta were the greatest. We are so thankful for also knowing Vilmarys, Ivan, Gustavo, and Yadi who went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. Pedro was the concierge who helped us with so much even after hours. Tamara provided beautiful room service making us feel like a king and queen. Thanks to Oscar for introducing us to The Club.

We had a great time here and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Rooms were a good size and comfortable, cleaned well daily. The property is well kept as people were always working on it. The buffet was good and we had most meals there but the restaurants were better and we wish we could have had more… more

We had a great time here and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Rooms were a good size and comfortable, cleaned well daily. The property is well kept as people were always working on it. The buffet was good and we had most meals there but the restaurants were better and we wish we could have had more reservations than the limited number because they were not full ever with the exception of the hibachi. Really enjoyed the hamburgers at the food truck! The spa was an excellent experience and thoroughly enjoyed staying in the pools afterwards for some more peace and serenity, this was a real highlight. Communications was difficult with team members since we only speak English and limited Spanish. Most had difficulty communicating with us but we made it work. We did not do any excursions for this reason and we almost always do! Overall a great experience and beach was amazing!
