The lady who greeted us at the front counter when we arrived was perhaps the most friendly, helpful and courteous attendant I’ve ever met. I travel regularly for business and pleasure and have stayed at many 5 star resorts, but I’ve never experienced the energy and kindness this person showed. She spoke very good English as a second language and made us feel like every need would be looked after. Once we were checked in, she came around the counter, immediately hit a baggage attendant and then walked us to our room some 10 minutes away, while showing us the hotels restaurants and features along the way. Then she gave us the numbers to call plus a WhatsApp address to get translation service (Portuguese to English). She followed up by giving her regular hours of work in case we needed to speak directly with her again. I learned she just started working with Enotel, (name is Ana Clara) so my suggestion to management is to follow her progress closely because you have a winner on your team. “Nice family vacation”

We stayed in this hotel for ten days. I travelled with family and friends. The room was comfortable. Two large beds, and small balcony. The mini bar had some soft drinks. The bathroom was ok. This hotel had many pools. There was a water park for kids and a lazy river. They had variety on options for meals. Food was ok, not memorable. Drinks were nice, we had many caipirinhas. There were tons of activities during day and night, for kids and also for adults. The beach was nice though there were many waves. It rained a lot during our stay, buy we had a great time. Everyplace was within walkable distance from the rooms. Staff was super friendly. We felt safe. Great hotel for family vacation.

The hotel is old and requires maintenance. It is not a 5 star hotel, I would rather give to outside facilities a low 4 star and the rooms 3 star rating. The hotel is old and requires maintenance. It is not a 5 star hotel, I would rather give to outside facilities a low 4 star and the rooms 3 star rating. When we arrived we got a super bad room, bed was horrible, it was really dirty, the sheets were not changed, there is no words to describe. Really, really bad and disgusting. I have complained immediately but needed to wait almost 24 hours to get a new room and spend a night in this awful room. The complaint didn't seem to be a surprise for the reception, seemed a standard thing that is going on there. The new room was still in the older part of the building, but it was reasonable, painted, good bed and clean. Still old but at least clean. Room service was ok. The facilities are good, plenty of things to do for kids if they speak Portuguese. They seemed to have a lot o fun :). I think pools require more hygiene, it is allowed to get the drinks into the pool and then it gets spilled, people sometimes eat food at the pool bar (even though it is forbidden) and then... yeah.. imagine the rest. Overall food is ok for three/four days, but nothing special and you will survive. The hotel has a good idea with the variety of food but the quality/taste is not that good (referring to buffet dinners) so we ended up eating one and the same thing. Pizza restaurant is really good and hamburgers were tasty. Food and ice cream was available through the day and the drinks were also super good. Very good cocktails, high quality ingredients and service at the bars was good.
