“The Friendliest Gem on the Island”
I originally was trying to book at Alaia, but it was full so my friend recommended that we stay at Bananas on the Beach. I’m soooo glad we did. “Enjoyed our stay but renovation seemed not quite finished...”
We had an overall pretty good experience - we stayed for 4 nights. The hotel has been recently renovated, and is quite clean and nice. A couple of things to keep in mind - as of June 2024, the hotel does not have a working restaurant or spa onsite as was advertised, so keep this in mind when consid… more

Lovely hotel, about a 30 minute walk to downtown along the beach with many restaurants within a 15 minute walk north and south.
